The Golf Classic 50 will be held at the spectacular Joondalup Resort Golf Course which offers not only scenic beauty but also the dramatic contrast of one moment playing an approach shot beneath a 30m limestone cliff, and the next adapting to the fresh ocean breeze on an undulating links style fairway! But sometimes it s not as simple as that. Sometimes parents need a helping hand when their child stumbles and so they call Teen Challenge. In today s society, drugs and alcohol are readily available and can pose a real threat to a teenager s vulnerability, as they are shaping who they are. In the Hurt Locker, a moment arrives in a teen s life when the consequences are so great and the pain is so intense that they admit their life is out of control. Then, Opportunity Knocks! What opportunities does Teen Challenge offer youth and families trapped in the Hurt Locker of drug and alcohol addiction and associated destructive lifestyle?
