We expect to continue the camaraderie among all the member clubs and their guests. The Eldorado Hotel/Casino has committed in helping us put together this event for fun and golf competition. Puka Da Sky golf club members and Ohana are committed as host for the 2011 Statewide Tournament. You will find the entry form on the following pages. The entry form gives you detail information for registration and the deadlines for the event. 4 35 th Anniversary of Hawaiian Men s Statewide Golf Tournament August 18, 19, 20, Reno, NV. Puka Da Sky members and Ohana welcome you to join us in Reno for the Hawaiian Men s golf tournament. Puka Da Sky and the Eldorado Hotel /Casino and Budweiser will be the Official host for this event. Tournament courses will be at Lakeridge GC on August 19 th, shot gun start 8:00 am. Red Hawk, Legends course on August 20 th, shot gun start 8:00 am. Players will be limited to the first 144 golfers. Dead line for this tournament is July 15, The Eldorado Hotel will release the rooms to the general public after the deadline date. Room and rates after the deadline date are not guaranteed. PACKAGE INCLUSIONS Accommodations for three nights (Thursday/Friday/Saturday) price includes Washoe County tax Special check-in window at the Front Desk for Statewide tournament entries. $30.00 in Food Coupons Each guest room will receive $30.00 in total food credits based on a minimum 3-night stay. If a single occupies the guest room, they will receive the full $ Four Complimentary Banquet Drink coupons for Each Hotel Package Guest. Two color-coded coupons for Thursday night. Two color-coded coupons for Friday night. Saturday night will be a one hour complimentary hosted bar. Amenities/Welcome package for each Hotel Package Guest. PRACTICE ROUND INFORMATION We have reserved practice round times at both courses. Red Hawk times start at 10:30 at $55.00 per golfer. We reserved times for 20 golfers at Red Hawk. You must contact the golf courses to arrange your times. Please mention that you are with the Hawaiian Statewide tournament. Reservations are required 14 days in advance, August 4 th. Red Hawk ph: , At Lake Ridge GC, we have a modified shot- gun start at 7:30 for 60 golfers. Practice round rates are $65.00 per golfer. Reservations are required 30 days in advance, July 30 th. Contact Mike Villanueva to sign up and submit your entry fee along with the tournament fees. Any person making their own hotel arrangements, regardless if they are staying at the hotel (via casino host or any other reservation method) will NOT receive the package inclusions provided with this tournament.
