2 3 nd ANNUAL MEMBER / GUEST October 8, 2018 Dear Jack Participant: Welcome to The Jack, Bluejack National s third annual Member Guest golf eent! This tournament booklet details the schedule and information for all the festiities for the week. As a reminder, please find a few customs of the Bluejack culture and experience: All guests should pull up to the alet area to drop off their clubs and hae their car parked. Bluejack does not accept cash, except for caddie gratuities. Bluejack accepts credit cards in the golf shop only for merchandise sales. Typical golf attire is encouraged on the course and resort-style clothing in other amenity areas. The following material will likely answer questions you might hae throughout The Jack. 4 TOURNAMENT FORMAT OCTOBER 11 - OCTOBER 13, 2018 TEAMS: Teams will consist of 2 players Entry fee of $2000 per team Optional $400 team pool for day money and oerall prize money FLIGHTS: Tournament will consist of 13 Flights comprised of six teams each (78 teams total) Flights will be created by total team handicap index The 13 flight winners will adance to the shootout on Saturday afternoon FORMAT: Two Person Best Ball Match Play Each team will play fie, nine hole matches Handicaps for each match will be stroked off the low player in each match. The 13 flight winners will adance to the shootout on Saturday afternoon SCORING: Each match will be worth 10 points 1 point for each hole won ½ point for each hole haled 1point awarded to the team that wins the match ½ point awarded to each team if the match is haled Teams that accrue the most points in their flight oer the fie matches will be the flight champions In the eent of a tie for flight champion, teams will proceed to the 9th tee for a sudden death playoff. SHOOTOUT: Teams in the Shootout will play alternate shot format Shootout will be played on hole #9 (set up as a Par 3 with multiple tee locations for each flight) Teams will be eliminated each hole In the eent of a tie, a sudden death chip-off will determine which team adances to the next hole.

5 TOURNAMENT RULES The Rules of the United States Golf Association will goern all play. Following is a list of local rules and conditions of the competition. 14 CLUB RULE IS IN EFFECT Please make sure that you only hae 14 clubs in your bag during each Tournament round. You may leae extra clubs either in the locker room or in the bag room prior to each round. MUSIC PLAYING DEVICES ARE PERMITTED Rule 14-3 has been waied for this eent. Please make sure that both teams are okay with the playing of music during play. Please keep music to a leel that will not ruin the experience of the other members and guests playing in the eent. LATERAL WATER HAZARDS Red stakes or lines define Lateral Water Hazards. WATER HAZARDS Yellow stakes or lines define Water Hazards. NO OPTIONAL BALL DROP ON HOLES 7 & 12 There is no optional ball drop area for the 7th & 12th hole. Under Rule 26, a player, under penalty of one stroke, may either re-tee his ball, or drop a ball under rule 26. GROUND UNDER REPAIR White lines define Ground Under Repair. Fire ant hills and French Drains are deemed to be ground under repair (Rule 25). NEWLY SODDED AREAS Except in a hazard, if the ball lies in or touches a sod seam or the sod seam interferes with the area of intended swing, the player may, without penalty, lift the ball and clean it. The player must drop the ball as near as possible to where its original position, which is not nearer the hole, aoids interference by the sod seam, and is not in a hazard or on the putting green. MULCH AREAS Players may take relief in the mulch if the ball comes to rest in damaged areas (erosion, tire tracks, etc...) Nearest point of relief, no closer to the hole. Ball must stay in the mulch if a drop is taken. EMBEDDED BALL THROUGH THE GREEN Relief from an embedded ball is goerned by a local rule, as prescribed in Appendix 1, and is in effect. PACE OF PLAY Groups are expected to maintain an aerage pace of play of 15 minutes per hole. Officials are authorized to assess penalties for iolations of Rule 6-7, if a group falls one hole behind and are not playing within the 15 minutes per hole pace. DOUBT AS TO PROCEDURE When in doubt as to procedure, players are encouraged to play a 2nd ball in accordance with Rule 3-3. TEES All men will play from the Member Acorn markers and women will play from the Women s Acorn markers (III Tee plates). TIES Ties for first place within each flight of the Tournament will be broken with a playoff beginning with on the #9 tee. Sudden Death Playoff. Play will take place with players receiing 80% of their course handicap until a winner is determined. Ties for 2nd place in flight will be broken by head to head points. If the teams are still tied, the committee will use the day two point total, day one point total and finally day one match 1 point total. RAIN In the eent of rain, the Committee may declare play null and oid and cancel all scores for the round in question. A minimum of 18 holes will constitute a Tournament and payout for the team pool money.

6 TOURNAMENT DETAILS Thursday Skins Game (optional) BLUEJACK NATIONAL Roll the Jack Putting Contest Players can register on the first tee for an optional skins game. Players can select to be in the Net or Gross skins. Cost is $50 cash. Players will play from the Member Acorn tees. Scorecards are to be returned to the golf professional staff for scoring. Thursday Par 3 Contest Teams are inited to play a par 3 contest on the Playgrounds on Thursday from 1:00 pm 6:00 pm. Format will be a 2 person scramble (played from the mats). There will also be a closest to the pin on all 9 par 3 s. Caddies will be located on all of the par 3 s to clean golf balls, record the closest shot, and read greens if asked. Scorecards are to be returned to the first tee of the playgrounds following play. Tournament Format 45-hole competition playing 4 ball match play format. Each player will receie 80% of their Tournament handicap for all rounds. Strokes in each round will be dotted off the low player in each match. Each match will be worth 10 points (1 point for each hole and a bonus point for winning the match). All flights will be playing from the Member Acorn tees (Ladies from the Women s Acorn tees). There are 13 Flights for The Jack Magnolia Dogwood Red Bud Azalea Crape Myrtle Sycamore Post Oak Sweet Gum Pine American Hickory Plum Bago Beauty Berry American Holly Flight winners will be awarded a flight champion trophy and cash from the team pool (must be in the team pool to be eligible). Flight runner-ups will also be awarded cash from the team pool. All flight winners will adance to The Shootout on the 9th hole following play on Saturday. Players are inited to compete in a 2-person modified alternate-shot putting contest on the Bluejack putting course on Thursday from 1:00pm 6:00pm. Registration will take place in front of the Golfer s Lounge. Skips and Eggs on #7 Tee You hae seen this before at The Masters, and now it s your chance! Players are inited to breakfast on #7 tee on Saturday morning from 7:30am 9:00am. Players will receie three chances to hit and skip a golf ball from #7 tee to #7 green. Golf balls and clubs proided, just bring your Bluejack appetite and skipping skills. Shuttles from the 1st tee will be proided. The closest to-the-pin will be the Skips and Eggs champion. Shootout on the 9th Hole The Jack will conclude with a shootout on the 9th hole. We will be turning the 9th hole into a par 3 with multiple teeing locations assigned for each flight. No handicaps will be used for this shootout. Between each attempt the pin will be reset and the green will be rolled. All flight winners (13) adance to the shootout. Teams will play Alternate Shot for the Shootout. Members will hit the first shot in the shootout and true alternate shot format will played until the ball his holed. If the team adances to the next round, the other player will tee off regardless of who holed the last putt. Players will be required to rotate the teeing order. In the eent of a tie, the teams tied will adance to a chip off with the closest team/teams adancing. The last team standing will be The 2018 Jack Champions! The Jack champions will receie custom Bluejack Oak trophies, and a cash payout from the team pool (the runner-ups will also receie a cash payout from the team pool). Remember if you don t play the team pool, you can t win the cash!

7 2018 TEAM POOL STRUCTURE & PAYOUT 1. Team Pool buy-in will take place at registration or on the 1st /10th tee before the first round of play. Team pool will be paid out in cash % of the team pool will stay in flight. 10% will go to the oerall winner and runner up pay out. Additionally 10% will be used for the flight bonus. 3. Flight Bonus: All teams from the flight of the oerall Jack champions will split the team pool. Must be in the Team Pool to receie payout. 4. Day Money: Paid out of the team pool (within flight). Day money is paid out to the 1st and 2nd place teams daily in each flight with the lowest score. Ties will not be broken. The money will be split among tied teams. If there is a tie for 1st place daily, 2nd place will not be paid out. Must be in the Team Pool to receie payout. If the winning team is not in the team pool, the next place team will receie payout. 5. Flight Champion and Flight Runner-up: Flight champion and flight runner up will receie payout (50%) from the flight s team pool split 70% / 30%. Must be in the team pool to receie payout. If winning team is not in the team pool, the next place team will receie payout. Ties for flight runner-up will be broken by head to head match. If that match was tied the money will be split. 6. Oerall Champion and Oerall Runner-up: Oerall winner and oerall runner-up will receie 10% of the tournament s team pool split (70% / 30 %). Must be in the Team Pool to receie payout. If winning team is not in the team pool, the next place team will receie payout. Team Pool Breakdown $400 per team entry fee 50% - Flight Champion and Flight Runner-up 30% - Day Money (1st and 2nd low scores daily in flight 10% - Oerall Champion and Oerall Runner-up 10% - Flight Bonus (Split eenly between all teams in the flight of the oerall champion)
