This event is organised in accordance with LEF approved rules of championships. Basis of carriage agreement between Lithuanian Equestrian Federation and Public Enterprise Vakarų žirgai, which was approved at LEF board meeting ( d. Nr. 3). 2. The start fees are paid for one horse and once for all three competition days at once, independently on the number of starts): 1 = 3, 4528 LTL; Both groups of juniors - 90 LT for each horse; Youth group LT for each horse; Amateurs (both groups) LT for each horse; 4 year old horse - 40 LT for each horse; 5 year old horse LT for each horse; 6 year old horse LT - for each horse; 7 years and elder horses LT for each horse. Only after the payment of start fees the horse will be given start number (the start number is available for buying at the place for the price - 16 LTL), without which the horse will be not allowed for the competition! Poniatowskiego Raszyn Janki POLAND The placing of the horses is guaranteed from 30 June 15 hrs. until 03 July pm (no arrivals in the evening - June 29 available) Participants must leave till 12 AM 04 July. Those who wish to leave the horses at night from July 03 to July 04, must notify in advance in loosebox s application. Application for looseboxes. 4 The amount of looseboxes is limited looseboxes. This overnight (from 3 rd to 4 th of July) horses will be placed in one tent (which holds 36 looseboxes/ horses). The feed for the horses should be brought by the participants on their own. The loosebox fee is paid for the all days of Championship (fee does not depend on the amount of days when it has been used) and it includes the rent price of one loosebox + litter (sawdust) + water. Loosebox fees: for Lithuanian and foreign riders 80 = 276 Lt + VAT (21%), in total 97 = 333,96 Lt. The loosebox fee can be changed in case if supply conditions change. The fee will not be granted back if the horse will not be brought into the Championship (even for strong reason), after the entry is provided and loosebox is paid! The reason organizer must pay for looseboxes in advance and can t refuse ordered looseboxes. The amount of looseboxes is limited. Organizers will guarantee the looseboxes ONLY for those, who have sent entries on time and paid loosebox fee before 20 th June. Conditions for participation: In each category, in separate competition in Lithuanian open show jumping championship rider may compete with an unlimited number of horses (if not exclusively defined by the program), but for selection to finals, he must nominate in advance maximum two point scoring horses in application form. It is not allowed for several riders to compete on the same horse at one or more competitions Juniors (under 16 years old and including) can participate in Juniors (under 18 years old and including) group, if they compete on another horse in Junior s (under 18 years old and including) group. Juniors (under 18 years old and including) and Youths can participate in adult group, if they compete on another horse in that group. Juniors (under 16 years old and including) and Juniors (under 18 years old and including) can participate in 4-5 years old or 6-7 years old horses group, if the horse meets age requirements of the class, or Juniors participate in another group on another horse. But in the finals they can compete on one horse in that category which was pre-chosen in application.

5 In the finals in each category, also in Grand Prix VMG Cup class, riders are allowed to ride no more then 2 horses, which were qualified to the finals. In team competition one rider with one horse can represent only one team Riders are not allowed to participate without competition in any class The same rider can participate in different groups, and if the rider qualifies to the finals he can fight for the championship title in different categories (if that is compatible with general rules), if in different groups he competes on other, specially for that group, nominated horse (in team competition class, riding on adult horses, can be competed for the individual champion title in the category of adult horses). 5-6 years old horses, in addition to their provided young horses group, can compete in adult horses competitions, in which the height of the obstacles don t exceed the provided limit for the horses of this age (up to 135 cm or in competitions, in which is specified the permissible age of the horse) Foreign riders may participate in every event and fight only for the awards of concrete event. 5 best foreign equipages, according to the aggregate results from Day 1 and Day 2, will be allowed to jump Final class of young horses (in each group of age), both juniors and amateurs groups and also young riders group. The finalists will be announced during the evening party. Foreign riders compete in finals only for cash prizes. Only riders with Lithuanian citizenship can become Lithuanian Champions and prizemen. They will be awarded by the medals of Lithuanian championship and prizes (in example if foreign rider won a final he would be awarded by cash prize and his horse would be awarded by rosette. Champion become the author of the best result among the citizens of Lithuania. He will be awarded by all the prizes for the champion, but the cash prize to Lithuanian rider will be given in accordance to the place he has taken in classification.) VII. Catering: All Lithuanian and foreign sportsmen will have 50% discount at the riders cafe. At breakfast tea and coffee are provided free of charge. VIII. Guests invited: Estonian, Finland, German, Latvian, Russian, Poland and Belarusian teams are invited. The number of foreign horses and riders is unlimited if the applications are provided and payments are paid on time. Border formalities: The horses' names, vehicle reg. NR. Accommodation: Foreign and Lithuanian sportsmen, owners of horses, coaches and others participants can choose accommodation in the hotels, making reservations of the rooms in advance by themselves. Payment is on your own expenses. Grooms can stay in camping place near the stables (they must have their own tents) X. Transport is not organized for the participants and they have to take care about it on their own. XI. Veterinarian requirements: The veterinarian-mandate board is necessary. Horses should have ordered national or valid international passports. Flu vaccination should be valid in accordance with veterinarian requirements; it is vaccinated once per half a year. Blood test according Lithuanian State food and veterinary Service requirements: horse blood should be tested against 3 diseases (Inan- Cogins test; Dourine; Glanders). XII. Responsibility: The Organizing Committee and the commissioners will not accept any type of responsibility for material or physical damage, accident or illness witch may occur to owners, competitors or grooms, in any circumstance within or out of the competition grounds before, during or after competition. Damage to horses, coaches, saddler, stable attachment and other property (including stealing and loss) will not fall under responsibility of the Organizing Committee. We recommend that the insurance would be sleeked individually. XIII. Insurance: All owners and competitors are personally responsible for damages to third persons caused by themselves, their employees, their agents or their horses. They are therefore strongly advised to take out third-party insurance providing full coverage for participation in equestrian events in-country and abroad, and keep the policy up to date.

Horse style competition (the horse is rated). A height of the obstacles up to 100 cm for 4 years old horses, later the obstacles will be raised up to 110 cm for 5 years old horses. ATTENTION! 13:45 riders with 4-5 years old horses will be admitted to the competition arena (who wants to introduce the horse to arena), it is allowed to ride only at a walk. 13:55 all riders must leave competition arena. This is the first Lithuanian Open Show Jumping Championship Young riders (in accordance to FEI rules a person may compete as a Young Rider from the beginning of the calendar year in which he reaches the age of 16 until the end of the calendar year in which he reaches the age of 21 (ie, during the calendar year does not turn 22)) qualifying competition. The order of the qualifier for the final: Juniors (under 16 years and including). 25 best equipages, but no more than 5 foreign equipages in total amount. If more than 5 foreign equipages get into top 25, than they are replaced by Lithuanian riders in accordance with the following best results. Juniors (under 18 years and including). 15 best equipages, but no more than 5 foreign equipages in total amount. Amateurs, I group. 15 best equipages, but no more than 5 foreign equipages in total amount. Amateurs, II group. 10 best equipages, but no more than 5 foreign equipages in total amount h Official Opening Ceremony of the Open Lithuanian show jumping championship VMG cup h Class No. VII Horse style competition (Young horses Lithuanian Championship) 4 5 years old horses participate (in one group, only height of obstacles differs) in this class. Horse style competition (the horse is rated). A height of the obstacles up to 100 cm for 4 years old horses, later the obstacles will be raised up to 110 cm for 5 years old horses. (Two horses per rider allowed in the final one 4 years old and one 5 years old horse or both horses of the same age). Equipages which obtain exactly the same score are then placed equal. 11 This is second qualifying competition for the finals. In this class the scores for the finals are given for 20 best Lithuanian riders and 5 foreign riders (two horses per rider allowed - one 6 years old and on 7 years old horse or both horse of the same age) 20 Lithuanian and 5 foreign equipages qualify for the final. For finals classification the scores of class No. III and No. VIII are aggregated. As in all championship s speed competitions in case of equality of penalties and time for first place the riders are then placed equal first. The prizes of I and II places are summed and divided equal. The owner of the cup is determined by a draw h Class No. IX Art Lithuanian Show Jumping Championship Cup Competition. In one group participate Young riders and adults on 7 years and older horses (Juniors (under 18 years and including) are allowed if they compete on adult horses). I classification Art competition in two rounds, Table A. I-st round: obstacles height up to 135 cm, with three-two double, or one double and one triple combination. II-nd round (shortened): 8 10 obstacles height up to 140 cm, with two double, or one triple combination. This class is second stage of Lithuanian Show Jumping Championship (first and second rounds). This is the second and final stage for Young riders (penalties of 1 st and 2 nd rounds are qualifying, also, if necessary, the time of 2 nd round without jump-off). After this class Young riders Lithuanian champion and prizemen will be nominated. Champion is the equipage, which has less penalties in accordance to the aggregate results of classes No.IV and No. IX. Competitors will be placed according to aggregate penalties over both rounds and the time incurred in the second round Speed m/min. Age of horses - 7 years and over. Two horses per rider allowed. In accordance to Team definition in show jumping, as approved by decision of Lithuanian Equestrian Federation board 26 th of November, Only for riders with Lithuanian citizenship. Sponsor s team at given name (e.g. Horsemarket Team ) consists of 4 equipages, 3 best results are counted as team result in each round. Teams with equal penalties over two rounds will be placed according aggregate of penalties over two rounds and aggregate of three best scored riders times in the second round. One horse per rider is allowed. The same rider with other horse is not allowed compete in other team.

14 15.00 h Class No. XIV. Lithuanian Young Horses Show Jumping FINAL for 6-7 years old horses. 20 Lithuanian equipages and 5 best foreign equipages in this group. (Two horses per rider allowed in the final one 6 years old and one 7 years old horse or both horses of the same age) 6-7 years old horses (in one group, only height of obstacles differs). Art Table A against clock. One jump-off against clock for the first place. Height of obstacles: 125 cm for 6 years old horses and 130 cm 7 years old horses. In jump-off accordingly 130 cm and 135 cm. Main course is deciding stage of Lithuanian Championship. Participants of jump-off are competing only for the VMG Cup and prizes. Art Table A. One jump-off against clock for the first place. Obstacles: in the main course: height up to 145cm; spread - 190cm; speed 375m/min.; in the jump-off: height up to 150 cm. Age of horses - 7 and over. 2 horses per rider allowed. Prize LT ( ). In the individual events 6 best participants of each event are awarded (as provided in the schedule). If fewer winners in the class are placed, prizes are left for the organizing committee. In VMG cup there are 8 best riders awarded (as provided in the schedule). II. Foreign riders are allowed to compete in every single class, but never - in whole Championship. Only riders with Lithuanian citizenship can become Lithuanian Champions and prizemen. They will be awarded by the medals of Lithuanian championship and prizes (in example if foreign rider won a final he would be awarded by cash prize and his horse would be awarded by rosette. Champion become the author of the best result among the citizens of Lithuania. He will be awarded by all the prizes for the champion, but the cash prize will be given to Lithuanian rider in accordance to the place he has taken in classification.)

15 III. IV. Lithuanian adults horses champion (only Lithuanian riders) is set when summing the points of three show jumping classes during Lithuanian championship program. The winner and prizemen will be awarded by 1000 Lt cash prize, also the medals of Lithuanian championship. The trainer of Lithuanian champion will be awarded by the gold medal as well as the owner of the horse. Lithuanian young riders champion (only Lithuanian riders) is set when summing the points of two show jumping young riders classes during Lithuanian championship program. The winner and prizemen will be awarded by the medals of Lithuanian championship. The trainer of Lithuanian young riders champion will be awarded by the gold medal as well as the owner of the horse. V. Lithuanian young horse champion in 4-5 years old and 6-7 years old horses groups (only among Lithuanian riders) will be set as final show jumping winner and prizemen (II, III places). The winner and prizemen will be awarded by the medals of Lithuanian championship. The trainer of Lithuanian champions in each horse age group will be awarded by the gold medal as well as the owner of the horse-winner VI. VII. Juniors (under 16 years including), junior riders (under 18 years including) and amateurs both groups champions and prizemen will be awarded by the medals of Lithuanian championship. The trainers of Lithuanian champions (both groups junior riders and both amateurs groups) will be awarded by the gold medal as well as the owner of the horse-winner. All champions and also Grand Prix winner will be awarded by nominal clocks represented by JSC "Solar House". VIII. The prize fund of competition is LT. NOTE: From prize fund will be made deductions to competition s reserve fund (-15% of the amount paid to an athlete), so that later we could settle the taxes or cover other arrears. Please ensure that you have an identity document (with photo), and you know your bank details in order to transfer your prize money to the account you specify. Method of payment transfer to your account (only in extra case in cash). The organizing committee reserves the right to change the time of concrete competition. We ask all participants to be attentive and keep a close watch on information.
