2 Private Silver Plate Winners Welcome Dinner Thursday, May 14 This elegant dinner is the opening event of the Gold & Silver Plate festivities and the first time the 2015 award winners gather as a class. It serves as a great opportunity for you to spend a relaxed, intimate evening with the 2015 Silver Plate Award winners, IFMA s Chairman of the Board and IFMA s Awards Chairman. Hosted at The Union League Club of Chicago, acclaimed chef Michael Garbin serves outstanding food and award-winning wines. Special Silver Plate & Operator Guest Dinner Friday, May 15 Join the 2015 as well as past Silver Plate recipients, operators, Silver Plate Awards Jury members and IFMA s Board of Directors for an evening of outstanding food, conversation and entertainment. This event attracts approximately 75 past recipients to celebrate the induction of the newest Silver Plate Class into the Society. 7 Terms & Conditions Purpose Event management costs have risen significantly in the last few years. It is IFMA s express intent to control the cost of sponsorships to ensure affordability for all IFMA Members. In order to provide fair and equitable access for all IFMA Members to the Sponsors Program, sponsors by their signature on the Sponsorship Commitment Form, agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Deadlines In order to best serve IFMA members by controlling costs, missed deadlines may prevent IFMA from providing certain sponsor benefits as stated in the Sponsors brochure. Should a deadline be missed, IFMA will make every effort to accommodate the sponsor provided no additional cost is incurred. All sponsors acknowledge they are aware of and in a agreement with the following deadlines: i. All prior 2014 sponsors must claim their 2015 Gold & Silver Plate sponsorship by March 27, ii. All members must submit sponsorship requests no later than April 13, iii. All current corporate logos must be submitted no later than April 13, iv. Title Sponsors must provide brand summary (500 characters max) no later than April 14, v. All product information must be submitted April 13, Product Preparation and Presentation Additional costs for services, resources or material, other than those generally accepted event preparation and presentation costs, will be borne by, and billed directly to the sponsor (including, but not limited to special orders of products, rental of machinery and kitchen equipment, additional staffing including chef s, cooks, servers, busboys and runners.) 3. Signage Individual event signage with sponsor logos will be provided. No other signage will be accepted or displayed without prior approval in writing by IFMA. 4. Sample and Collateral Distribution Distribution of product samples or collateral may only utilize any or all of the following methods via sponsorship: Send a Gift Sponsorship. 5. Regulations All sponsors will agree to comply with all regulations, ordinances, building codes, health codes and rules of the venue, municipality and county in which the event is held, as well as any federal regulations. 7
