1 2016 Race Season Please take a minute to read this letter, as well as the information enclosed in this packet. Please complete required forms and return before April 30 th along with your payment. Test & Tune - Saturday, 4/16, beginning at 12pm, and will be $25/rider. Rain date - Saturday, 4/23 Gate admission for Test & Tune is $5 for adults (13 and up), free for children ages 12 & under. To participate in Test & Tune, your Association Membership must be paid and all paperwork signed. Enclosed forms to be completed and returned: 2016 Association Membership Form with optional Club Membership New for 2016: The Association Membership/Number fee must be paid by ALL riders, no exceptions. If you were a registered rider last year, your rider # is on the envelope. Everyone is required to have a BBDR rider # and no # s will be duplicated. Rider # s must be clearly identified on ALL machines. The BBDR Association Membership fee is $20 if paid by April 30 th ; it will increase to $30 on May 1 st. The BBDR Club Membership fee is $15 and is optional; however, is beneficial to you, the rider. We are always looking for more member input/suggestions at monthly meetings. Meetings are held the 3 rd Wednesday of each month at 8 pm at the Rhodes Garage between Roaring Spring and Martinsburg. This form must be completed and returned with payment BBDR Rider Registration Form Name, rider # and signature are required. If you know what you will be running, please complete the bottom portion (2016 Classes are on the back of the Rules Changes). Please sign & return the form even if you are not sure of the machine or class you are running. Minor Release Form - Required if you are under 18 years of age. (If you did not receive a Minor Release Form, it can be printed from the website.) Please complete and return all forms and fees required on or before April 30 th. After April 30 th, all # s will be made available on a first-paid basis and fee will increase to $30. Registration paperwork is available on the website for new riders to print out and complete. The club website is Please pass this information on to anyone you know that may want to get registered prior to the price increase for the number fee. An updated rulebook will also be available on the website. Registration, Meeting and Race Times Registration will be 11:00am-1:00pm. The Riders meeting for Mini-minis will begin at 1:00pm and for Amateur, Semi-Pro, and Pro at 1:30pm. Racing for Mini-minis will begin at 1:30pm and at 3:00pm for all others. For Nationals & States, all times will be a ½ hour earlier. Pre-register online for each race and save time! Registration ends at 1:00pm on race day (12:30pm for Nationals & States). We cannot accept any late registrations due to time constraints. You can pre-register on-line by going to the website and clicking on the Pre-registration link and completing the information requested. On-line registrations can be done anytime through the week, but should not be submitted after midnight on Friday evening. We do not have internet access at the track and cannot check on race day. You can also pre-register by calling the track at (814) Race Sponsors needed - We are looking for race sponsors for the Nationals race, States race and feature events. If you have a business or know of anyone who would like to sponsor a race, please let us know. Reminder: Every person age 13 and over through the gate must have a wristband on. The wristband will serve as your rain ticket. Anyone without a wristband will be asked to leave. If you have any questions, please contact one of the contacts below. Small Fuel Quad - Page 7 Change to: Twin cylinder 2-stroke limited to 750cc, twin cylinder 4-strokes allowed up to 1000cc and snowmobile engines up to 640cc with no power adders. All others limited to 1 power adder (turbo or nitrous). All types of fuel are permitted, including gas, alcohol, or nitro methane. Rear wheels are not limited in diameter.
