2 Foreword Port Talbot Motor Club Ltd, would like to welcome you to the: Tour of Epynt 2012 Port Talbot Motor Club Ltd welcomes you to the opening round of the 2012 REIS-Get Connected MSA Asphalt Championship. This year s rally will also form part of the 2012 Steve Harkness Competition Tyres Welsh National Tarmacadam Championship, The 2012 King of Epynt supported by Collins Developments. For 2012 the event is moving its base back to the Castle Hotel in Llandovery. The route will consist of approximately 80 special stage miles over 7 stages, with one central Service Area. The event will Start on the Epynt Ranges & Finish at the Castle Hotel Llandovery, where the awards ceremony will take place. Port Talbot Motor Club Ltd have kept the same entry fee for a number of years, but with continual increases we face from all suppliers, it is with regret we have had to increase the entry fee by 6% to We look forward to welcoming both old and new competitors to the event and we would like to wish everybody a successful and enjoyable day s rallying. 3 Article 1. Announcement 1.1 Port Talbot Motor Club Ltd. will promote a National B permit Special Stage Rally on Sunday 11th March The event will be a qualifying round of the 2012 REIS- Get Connected MSA National Asphalt Rally Championship, The 2012 Steve Harkness Competition Tyres Welsh National Tarmacadam Championship, the 2012 King of Epynt supported by Collins Developments. Article 2. Jurisdiction The Event will be held under: 2.1 The 2012 General Regulations of the Motor Sports Association Ltd. (incorporating the provisions of the International Sporting Code of the F.I.A.). 2.2 The Championship Regulations of all the above Rally Championships. 2.3 These Supplementary Regulations. 2.4 Any written instructions the promoting Club may issue. Article 3. Authorisation 3.1 REIS-Get Connected MSA Asphalt Rally Championship Permit No 2012/TBA 3.2 The Steve Harkness Competition Tyres Welsh Tarmacadam Championship Permit No 2012/TBA 3.3 King of Epynt supported by Collins Developments PermitNo?/TBA 3.4 MSA Permit No 2012/TBA 3.5 DOE Authorisation No 2012/TBA Article 4. Eligibility The event is open to competitors holding a valid National B or higher grade licence issued by the MSA Ltd. who are either: 4.1 Fully elected members of the Organising Club. 4.2 Fully elected members of any club of the WAMC. 4.3 Registered contenders of the championships listed in Article The event has been prescribed on the 2012 International Sporting Calendar, under the heading National Event with Authorised Foreign Participation (NEAFP) therefore competitors from any one of the 21 EU (or comparable) countries holding National Competition Licences issued by those countries may enter. The holder will be subject to the MSA General Regulations whilst competing (MSA GR H26.2.1) All competitors Licences, Permits, Club Membership Cards and Championship Registration Documents will be inspected at signing-on th March 2012

4 Article 5. Classes Cars will be split into the following classes: Group N - Cars conforming to F.I.A. International Group N Regulations Class N1 Up to and including 1400cc Class N2 Over 1400cc up to and including 1600cc Class N3 Over 1600cc up to and including 2000cc Class N4 Over 2000cc Group A - Cars conforming to F.I.A. International Group A Regulations Class A5 Up to and including 1400cc Class A6 Over 1400cc up to and including 1600cc Class A7 Over 1600cc up to and including 2000cc Class A8 Over 2000cc Category B - Cars complying with the 2012 MSA Technical Regulations Class B9 Up to and including 1400cc Class B10 Over 1400cc up to and including 1600cc Class B11 Over 1600cc up to and including 2000cc Class B12 Over 2000cc 2 Wheel Drive Class B13 Over 2000cc 4 Wheel Drive Class B14 Any four-wheel drive current or former WRC or one derived from one Class 15 Road Rally Cars As per Welsh Tarmacadam Rules The engine capacity of all turbocharged and rotary engine cars is deemed to be increased by a factor of 1.7; forced induction rotary engines equivalence is 2.89(1.7 x 1.7); rotary engines are allowed a maximum of 2 rotors and will be considered equivalent to 4 valves per cylinder petrol engines in respect of the maximum engine capacity including the above mentioned equivalency factors and the appropriate class must be entered. 6.2 Should any class have less than 5 entries, the Organisers reserve the right to amalgamate two or more classes or to reduce the awards list as deemed appropriate th March 2012

5 Article 7. Identification 7.1 Competitors must make available specific areas (MSA General regulations J4) available on the vehicle and display the following. (a) The official Event logo/title 645 Sq cm (b) The official 2012 MSA ASPHALT Rally Championship logo. (c) Championship Sponsors Screen Strip if supplied. (d) Any other advertising proposed by the Event Organisers or Championship Promoters. (e) Additional High Visibility Competition Numbers (R6.1.3). Tour of Epynt 7.2 Competitors are reminded that these numbers must be fixed before Scrutineering (except reserves), and that they must be removed completely after the event, or upon retirement from the event. 7.3 Identification numbers (Article 7.1(a) (e)) will be supplied at Noise Check with the Process Card. 7.4 Competitors will also be issued with event rally plates, to be fixed to the front and rear of the car. 7.5 Competitors will not be required to carry any further advertisements in any other areas other than those specified in Article Competitors who do not provide the space required in Article 7.1 above, will be either REFUSED A START or EXCLUDED from results as appropriate th March 2012

6 Article 8. Entries 8.1 Should the number of entries, overall or in each class, not reach the minimum stated, the Organisers have the right to either cancel the Event or to amalgamate classes where necessary (Article 6.3). 8.2 Final Instructions will be ed to the person nominated on the entry form or available to download five days before the event, containing the following: Entry List, Relevant Details of Stages, so that Competitors can organise their Paperwork for Recce day, Noise and Scrutineering location, Time Schedule, and any information relevant to the event. 8.3 Entrants are required to indicate on their Entry Form their eligibility for the various Championships. 8.4 The order of starting will be at the Organisers discretion but, to assist seeding, Entrants should provide their previous results on the Entry Form. Entries received and accepted after 6 th March 2012 will be appropriately accommodated in the running order, but may find them omitted from press releases, the published entry list and the programme. 8.5 Once the Entry List has been published, NO communication will be entered into regarding it. 8.6 Competitors are advised that the information they provide will be stored in a computer system and may be used for organisational and publicity purposes. 8.7 The Entry has been based on the current Property Services Agency road charge. Should there be any variation in these charges it may be necessary to levy a supplementary entry fee, to be collected at signing on, although it will be advised to Entrants in advance (H30.1.3(E)). 8.8 The Entry Fee is 345 and includes one service pack. N.B. No additional service packs may be purchased. Only one Service Vehicle per Competitor will be allowed in the Service Area. 8.9 The maximum entries for the event are 120 plus 10 reserves. The Organisers reserve the right to cancel the event if less than 60 entries are received Entries can be made by either completing the on line entry form or by downloading the entry form from the event web site. If using the on-line entry, the entry will only be confirmed when payment has been received. 7 Late entries will be taken at the Organisers discretion. All entries will be acknowledged and held until the closing date. 8.2 Refunds for withdrawn entries will be on a sliding scale : Up to 9.00am on Thursday 1 st March 2012 less administration fee. Up to 9.00am on Monday 5 th March 2012 less administration fee. After 9.00am on Monday 5 th March 2012 will be at the Organisers Discretion. 8.3 Withdrawn entries must be advised in writing to the Entry Secretary by or post, verbal withdrawals will not be accepted. Should the Rally be cancelled, Entrants will have their entry fee refunded less administration fee. Article 9. Protests must be made in accordance with (C5.1,5.7) 10.2 Competitors shall ensure that they and their cars are available for inspection, should a protest be lodged under (5.1,5.7, H35) If a protested vehicle is not available for inspection the competitor may be EXCLUDED from the results (Article 18.4). Article 11. Route / Roadbook / Documentation 11.1 The event will contain 7 special stages on private property, joined by Public Highway. Special Stages will be timed to an accuracy of less than one minute by Marshal s under the supervision of an MSA appointed timekeeper. Cars will start at one-minute intervals, but with MSA approval will start certain stages at thirty-second intervals. The route will be defined by six-figure National Grid references and by a Tulip Road Book Full details of the Route and Special Stages will be given in the Road Book issued to competitors prior to the event. This documentation will contain all the information necessary to enable competitors to comply with (R33) The route will be contained on Ordnance Survey 1:50,000 Landranger Series, map numbers 147 and Rally Headquarters will be the Castle Hotel Llandovery, Map Reference 160 / The event will start from MC 1 Map Ref: 160 / at Sunday 11th March th March 2012

9 11.5 Total mileage will be approx. 170 miles, of which approx. 80 miles will be special stages. Article 12. Scrutineering & Signing On 12.1 At Scrutineering, cars will be examined for compliance with the 2012 MSA Tyre, Technical & Safety Regulations, as well as for class eligibility. Each Entrant and driver will be assumed to have full knowledge of their Car and its eligibility for the class entered. Cars must be presented in the same condition as they intend to compete (Article 18.5) A validated MSA Rally Car Logbook (R25.2) must be made available at scrutineering and on demand throughout the event for each car. Failure to produce this document will lead to a REFUSED START or EXCLUSION (Article 18.5, 18.6) An FIA / FISA Homologation Form valid for 2012 International Rallies must be provided and made available at Scrutineering, and on demand throughout the event for each Group A & N car. Failure to provide this form, will lead to re-classification (where appropriate) to Class B9, B10, B11, B12, B13, or a REFUSED START or EXCLUSION (Article 18.5, 18.6) All cars shall have fire-extinguishing systems as follows: - All Classes as per 2012 MSA requirements (K4) Safety Helmets will be examined for conformity with current regulations, and must be worn on Special Stages (K10), (25.3, ) 12.6 Cars shall have fitted, and the Driver and Co-Driver, shall use, Seat Belts in conformity with (K ) 12.7 Drivers and Co-Drivers are reminded that they must wear flame-resistant overalls on all Special Stage Rallies (K9), (R25.3, ) 12.8 Cars must be currently registered and taxed; a valid MOT Test Certificate must be produced at scrutineering for any car required by law to have such a certificate. Failure to comply with the above or produce the document will lead to a REFUSED START (R46.1.2) & (Article 18.5) No studs or chains permitted (R48.5.1) Competitors must carry a small spill kit (46.1.5) Article 13. Damage Declaration 13.1 Competitors will be required to complete and sign a report declaring that they have not been involved in any accident resulting in damage to private property or injury to persons or animals, or alternatively giving details of such incident where damage or injury has occurred (R40.1.3) Any information given will not incur a penalty, but failure to hand in a duly completed form will be penalised by EXCLUSION from the results (18.4) Competitors who do not report to the finish are required to forward the declaration to the Secretary of the Meeting within 72 hours of the finish of the event, unless they have been involved in an accident, in which case details must be given to the Organisers on the same th March 2012

10 day. Competitors who fail to comply may be fined (R15.1.3) and may be reported to the MSA for further disciplinary action. Article 14. Driving Standards / Observers / Judges Of Fact 14.1 Named Judges of Fact, appointed by the Organisers, will be on duty throughout the rally to observe and report upon any competitor considered to be in contravention of (R24.7- R ) The Chief Scrutineer and the Eligibility Scrutineer appointed for the event are Judges of Fact in respect of Vehicle Eligibility The Start Officials on all Special Stages will be empowered to judge whether or not a competitor has made a false start The Organisers will appoint Driving Standards Observers in accordance with (G11) and (R R24.9.1) Any notified offence by a Competitor or the Service Crew which involves speeding, reckless driving or failing to observe road signs will automatically be considered as a possible contravention of (C11.4), (any proceeding or act prejudicial to the interest of the Motor Sports Council or of motor sport generally). The Competitor concerned is liable to be penalised in accordance with (R 13 (K)), (H ) and be called before an MSA Disciplinary Tribunal Judges and/or DSOs will be appointed to report on sound levels. Excessive sound will include instantaneous occurrence of noise such as that produced by backfiring caused by anti-lag systems. The penalty for excessive sound may go as far as exclusion Competitors should pay particular note to the Motor Sports Association Year Book and in particular (R 24. 9, ) Article 15. Controls & Timing 15.1 Timing of the event will be governed by the Target Timing Regulations (R 31.1 R31.2.4, R R ) using digital clocks operated by Officials under the control of an MSA appointed Timekeeper All clocks will be set to Greenwich Mean Time, using BBC or Telecom Time signals All controls will open 5 minutes before the due time of car 0 and close 10 minutes after the Due Time of the last competitors still running, having taken into account any delays (R 30.1) The rally will consist of Special Stages and Road Sections Lateness in excess of Target Time on Road Sections and Special Stages is cumulative. Once this cumulative lateness calculated from the previous Main Control exceeds a penalty free maximum of 10 minutes a Competitor will be EXCLUDED from the results. (R , R31.2.6) (Article 18.4) th March 2012

11 15.6 To qualify as a finisher, crews must report with their cars at all controls within their permitted maximum lateness (Articles 15.5and 18.4) and (R40.1) It is the competitor s responsibility to ensure that his times are correctly recorded and handed in when and where instructed. Should any recorded time not be legible or not appear authentic the Organisers may use any means at their disposal to establish a time Control and Stage signs will conform to (R29). (a) Special Stage timing will have a Bogey Time set at 75mph (R25.2.0) and a Target Time set at approximately 30mph. These times will be indicated in the Road Book and / or the Time Cards and/or competitors Bulletins. (b) Competitors will receive penalties on Special Stages as follows: (i) Under Bogey (ii) Over Bogey under Target Time (iii) Over Target Time Bogey Time Actual Time Taken Target Time Time in excess of Target Time on a Special Stage will count towards the competitors Cumulative Lateness (Article15.5). (c) Competitors must be ready to start a Special Stage when required to do so by the Start Marshal (R25.7- R ) (a) Road timing will be to the Previous whole minute. (b) Each road section will be allocated a Target Time based on approximately 28mph average or less and a Competitor can calculate his Due Time of arrival at any Time Control (TC) by adding this Target Time to his actual time of departure from the proceeding TC. On Road Sections Following a Special Stage, extra time may be included to account for any delays at the Special Stage Finish. (c) At all TC s on Road sections, i.e. MC s SSA s and SV s (Article 15.11), a competitor who is early may wait for his Due Time outside the Control. The time recorded at one of these TC s shall be the time on the official clock when the crew submits the Time Card to the Official, provided that the car and both crew members are within the Control Area. Once a competitor s car enters the Control Area the crew must submit their Time Card to the Official within one minute, (i.e. A competitor s car may enter the Control Area up to one minute before the Due Time, without incurring a penalty for early arrival) (R30.2) Time Controls All controls other than Passage controls (PC s) will be Time Controls (TC s). The following titles shall describe the various types of Time Control: - (a) Main Controls (MC) th March 2012

12 (i) The MC at the start and MC s after rest halt, or other specified point, will be designated as MC (OUT). (ii) The MC at the finish of the rally and the MC s before any rest halt, or any other specified point, will be designated as MC (IN). A Competitor who is early at an MC (IN) may wait for his Due Time outside the control (R R30.2), and (Article 15.10(c)). (iii) At an MC (OUT) after a Rest Halt, Competitors will restart at one minute or less intervals, either in number order, or in order of their arrival at the MC(IN), or if interim results are available in order of General Classification or as may be specified in an Official Bulletin. (iv) Competitors arriving at any MC (IN) within their maximum permitted lateness will, subject to Article a( iv) above, Re-start from the MC (OUT) with Zero Lateness, i.e. Lateness is only accumulated between two successive MC s. (b) Special Stage Arrival Controls (SSA) At this time control, the Marshal will enter the competitor s time of arrival, and the provisional starting time for the Special Stage, which must be a minimum of 3 minutes after the arrival time in order to allow the crew to prepare for the stage. The area between the SSA Control and the SSS is Park Ferme, but should the crew need to change a flat tyre a maximum of 5 minutes extra will be allowed, without penalty, and the Start Time amended accordingly. Any time in excess of 8 minutes will be penalised in accordance with (R 32.2 (d)). (c) Special Stage Start controls (SSS) At the SSS the Marshal will enter the actual Start Time which will normally correspond with the provisional Start Time. The start will be signalled by traffic lights, which will go from RED (15 seconds to go) through AMBER (5 seconds to go) to GREEN at the start time. In the event of equipment failure, the start procedure will be in accordance with (R25.7 R35.7.2). (NOTE: Special Stage s Starting at intervals of less than one minute will dispense with the 30 Second to Go advance warning). As each section is timed separately, the time taken from SSA to SSS is dead time and delays are automatically allowed for. (d) Special Stage Finish Controls (SSF) At the SSF a competitor will receive his finish time for the stage in hours, minutes, and seconds. This time in hours and minutes will be his starting time for the following Road Section. Any competitor who fails to stop at the STOP Line must return on foot. Reversing the car to the Stop Line is prohibited, subject to a penalty of EXCLUSION ( R , R32.2(p)). (e) Service Control (SV) All service areas will have IN and OUT Time Controls. At Service Areas not designated as MC s a Target Time will be specified between these controls. The Section between SV (IN) and SV (OUT) will be marked as a Road Section th March 2012

13 15.12 Other Controls The following titles shall describe the types of control other than Time Controls: - (a) Passage Control (PC) At any point indicated in the Road Book, the Organisers may establish a PC in order to collect Time Cards from competitors, or for other purposes. A competitor failing to provide the necessary documents at any PC will be deemed not to have reported there and will be excluded (R32.2(a)), Article 15.6 and 15.7). Any times recorded at a PC will be used only to ensure that competitors have followed the requirements of the Road Book, and not to calculate cumulative lateness. Article 16. Pace / Route Notes 16.1 Route notes are allowed (R25.9 R does not apply) Local by-laws excluding private vehicles on military roads are still operative, therefore any competitor found making a reconnaissance of the range prior to the actual Recce day, will be EXCLUDED and reported to the MSA and the WAMC (Article 18.5, 18.6) N.B. A Recce day has been arranged for Saturday 10 th March (A charge will apply) (R25.7) (Article 16.2) does not apply to these competitors taking part in the Official Recce Route Notes can be obtained from Aled Davies Article 17. Servicing 17.1 Servicing is defined as in (R38). Any person travelling in a Service Vehicle is Service Crew All servicing work carried out and the carrying of fuel in the Service Vehicle should comply with any appropriate Health & Safety Executive recommendations There will be one service area where work may be carried out by the service crew of the competing car. This will only be accessible to competitors and service vehicles bearing official service plates Competing crews may work unassisted on their own cars in No Service Areas except: - (a) Within 100 meters of any control. (b) Between the SSA/TC control and the SSS control. (c) In any Park Ferme. the only work permitted in these areas is to carry out the following, unassisted: - (i) Replace a wheel and tyre carried in the competing vehicle. (ii) Clean lamp glasses, windscreens and windows th March 2012

14 17.5 Service crews are subject to the same regulations as competitor s regarding noise, bad driving manners, etc. Officials and Marshals have been instructed to note any infringements of the rules (Article 14.5) Competitors are responsible for ensuring that their crews understand and comply with this regulation and that at all times service vehicles bear an official service plate showing the competitors rally number. This plate must be fixed in front of each Service Vehicle and be clearly visible at all times. Each service pack will contain ONE ONLY Official Plate. The competitor will be required to complete a Service Vehicle Registration Form before the pack is issued. Transferring the plate to a vehicle, which has not been registered is an offence, and may be penalised under (H212 (aa)) A competitor receiving assistance contrary to these SR s will be penalised in accordance with (H 212(n)). No other area may be used by service vehicles, which will be expected to follow a prescribed route to the Service Area. All other areas will be OUT OF BOUNDS to service crews and vehicles. If a Service Vehicle is observed in such an area, then the associated competing car will be EXCLUDED (Article 18.4) Competitors and Service Vehicles are requested to keep the service area tidy. Any competitor found leaving litter in the service area will be EXCLUDED. Any service crew found leaving litter in the service area, will have its associated competing car EXCLUDED NB: All Retired / Damaged vehicles may have to remain on the stages until the Rally is over. Article 18. Penalties 18.1 Competitors will start with Zero marks. Classification for the results will be determined by total time penalties, the winner being the competitor with the least total penalty (Article 15), (H ) In the event of a tie the winner will be the competitor who has completed the greatest distance from the start with the least Stage Penalties The penalties in (R32.2) apply as written unless specifically modified in these SR s Contravention of the following carry a penalty of EXCLUSION: - (Articles 7.6, 10.2, 13.1, 15.5, 15.6, 17.7, 18.8, 18.9,). GR s (F140, F141, [C(c) 87, [C(c) 44, H , H243) Contravention of the following may lead to a REFUSED START: - (Articles 7.6, 12.1, 12.2, 12.3, 12.8, 16.2, *,). * The Clerk of the Course may report a competitor so penalised to the Stewards of the Meeting and /or MSA for further disciplinary action th March 2012

15 18.6 Contravention of the following may lead to EXCLUSION from the results: - (a) (Articles 12.2, 12.3, 16.2). (b) Causing a decibel meter reading greater than the specified limits will be deemed excessive noise. This will be measured in accordance with a test specification detailed in the MSA General Regulations. It is at the discretion of the Judge of Fact, Noise Test Official or Driving Standards Observer or of the Organisers, whether a car which caused excessive noise is refused permission to proceed at any time (R4.1-R4.1.3, R4.1.6 and R274.9, R R ), (R32.2(m) (bb) will apply). (c) A Driving Standards Observer s decision on imposing a penalty for excess speed or bringing the sport into disrepute shall also be reported to the Stewards of the Meeting (R24.10, R ) (r32.2.1(i) will apply) Competitors are reminded of (R24.5 R24.5.2) for details of computation of penalties in the event that the normal running of a stage is stopped. Should it be necessary to cancel a Special Stage during the Rally, or to delete one from the results after the event, only the Stage Penalty will be deleted. Unless an Official notice has been issued to the contrary, the cancelled stage must be traversed within Target Time and will be treated as a road section Causing an obstruction on an access road to or from a Special Stage will be penalised by EXCLUSION from the results (Article 18.4), (R32.2 (gg)) will apply Failure to attend a Post-event Scrutineering for those competitors selected, within the time limit specified, will result in EXCLUSION from the results (Article 18.4) Taking an incorrect route on a Special Stage (R32.2 (c)): - Stage Maximum Not complying with a requirement of the Road Book or Route Card, including visiting a control more than once (R32.2 (b)): - 10 minutes Not complying with a requirement of these regulations for which no other penalty is specified: - 30 minutes Deliberate Damage to Chicanes (not attempting to drive round chicane), as observed by a Judge of Fact: - Stage Maximum Competitors are reminded of (R R25.6.7), (R32.2) will apply. Article 19. Awards First Overall Driver First overall Co-driver - An Award - An Award th March 2012

16 All Other Classes: - First Driver & Co-Driver in class Second Driver & Co-Driver in class Third Driver & Co-driver in class - An Award - An Award (Subject to a minimum of 5 entries) - An Award (Subject to a minimum of 8 entries) Additional awards may be given at the Organisers discretion. No competitor may win more than one award, other than a team or special award. All named Trophies are the property of Port Talbot Motor Club Ltd, and are to be returned to the Club in good condition, after eleven months or on demand, which ever is the sooner. Article 20. Fuel The event has received approval from the MSA to use FIA specification fuel. (FIA appendix J, Article 252, Article 9). Competitors will also be permitted to use fuel that complies with the MSA definition of pump fuel. (J J513.8), this does not override any championship restrictions. With the exception of cars competing in Sprint and Hill Climb road going production category. Cars competing in British and MSA Titled Championships, and all new build cars for, Rallycross, Car Racing, Special Stage Rallying, Sprints and Hill Climbs must be equipped with the facility to enable a fuel sample to be taken. For fuel injected cars the facility must be a dry break fuel sampling coupling, approved by the FIA, Competitors to carry and make available a 300mm minimum length of hose to which, where necessary, the appropriate mating part is to be attached. Article 21. Insurance The driver is required to supply the name and address of his/her insurers on the entry form. Alternatively, the Club has applied to Lockton for a Blanket Cover Note under the Lockton Motor Sports Club Scheme for competitors who need to use the Scheme, with the Third Party Cover necessary to meet RTA requirements on the Road Sections of the Event. The basic rate for the Event (before any Loading) will be (This may be subject to change). All applicants wishing to use the Scheme must be able to comply with all points of the Lockton Declaration: - Over 21 and held a Full Licence for at least 6 months Not more than 1 fault accident in the last 3 years No more than maximum of 6 speeding points on licence No physical or mental disabilities No other material facts If you are able to comply with all points above simply sign the Signing-on Form for Insurance No Letter of Acceptance will be required. If you are unable to comply with any of the above points, complete a Declaration Form (which can be downloaded from the event website ), and forward either to the Entry Secretary or direct to Lockton prior to the Event. Please allow sufficient time for a Letter of Acceptance to be issued th March 2012

17 Faxed copies are acceptable. Competitors with their own insurance must give the name and address of their insurance company, together with their policy number on the entry form. Article 22. Additional Information NO INSURANCE NO START 20.1 Insurance. In the event of a claim having to be made for damaged caused by a third party to property by a competitor, the Organisers and Promoters of the event reserve the right to pass on the insurance excess under the MSA master policies (currently ) to the competitor(s) involved Competitors are reminded that from January 1 st 2012 all competition vehicles must carry a medium spill kit as per GCR J A trophy event will run from MC7 over the last two stages of the event, competitors will be advised in the final instructions what they have to do to be eligible th March 2012
