3 U15 Netball Rydal Penrhos Preparatory School Courts Foreword Rules: Age Under 15 as at 1 September All matches will be 7 minutes each way with 1 minute half time points for a win 3 points for a draw 1 point for a losing team with 50% or more of their opponents score. 3. In the event of a tie on points, the winner will be decided by goals for, then goals against. 4. The tournament will be a round robin format, with each team playing each other once. 6. Squads of 10 players. 7. No jewellery to be worn, nails short and bibs lettered front and back. 8. Each team to provide a netball please. 9. Captains must toss before each game.. 10 Score cards will be provided. Welcome to Rydal Penrhos School and to the 26 th Annual Rydal Penrhos Invitational Tournament. It is fantastic to see friends, both new and old, so keen to take part in our hockey and netball tournaments, what is set to be a fantastic and exciting competition. 4 Information for Members of Staff Please report in on arrival as follows: Medical: U13 Netball at New Field. U15 Netball at Prep School Courts Boys Hockey at the Sports Hall (Access via Combermere Rd) It would be appreciated if you could bring your own medical kit for minor injuries. There will be qualified medical staff on duty throughout the day looking after both tournaments. Valuables: Please can all teams ensure are safely stored for the duration of the tournament and not left in the changing rooms. Changing Rooms: There is very limited space at New Field Pavilion for changing so it would be helpful for your team to arrive changed, leaving kit bags on the minibus / coach until after you have played. Refreshments: Light refreshments will be available for staff, parents and visitors, both in New Field Pavilion and in the Dining Hall which is next to the hockey pitch. A cooked meal will be provided in the Dining Hall after the presentations for both tournaments have taken place. Tournament Cancellation: In the case of bad weather, any decision to cancel will be made on Friday 4 March and you will be contacted before 2.00pm. Rules: Age Under 12 & 14 as at 1 September All matches will be 10 minutes one way points for a win 3 points for a score draw 2 points for a no score draw 1 point for a losing team with 50% or more of opponent s score. 3. It will be a round robin format with each team playing each other once. 4. Squads of 10 players and rolling subs are allowed and Goalkeepers are required. 5. You are to umpire your own games. 6. Penalty corners 5 behind the line, remaining two in opponent s D. 7. Captains must toss before each game. 8. Please be ready to start each game on time.
