3 FEES SPECIAL DISCOUNT SCHEME APPLIED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PAPERS NORMAL IF PAID BY END OF JULY 2018 REPEAT IF PAID BY END OF JULY STRATEGIC PROFESSIONAL PAPERS ESSENTIALS OPTIONS THE FOLLOWING SPECIAL DISCOUNT SCHEME APPLIES: 1. STUDENTS WHO SETTLE THEIR FEES BY THE END OF JULY 2018 WILL BE OFFERED A 10% DISCOUNT. 2. STUDENTS WHO DECIDE TO SETTLE THEIR FEES BY THE END OF AUGUST 2018 WILL BE OFFERED A 5% DISCOUNT. THE ABOVE FEES APPLY TO A COMPLETE EVENING COURSE (I.E. BOTH TEACHING AND REVISION PHASES). GPS GUARANTEED PASS SCHEME If the below conditions apply, the student will be entitled to attend free of charge the same course in the following semester provided that he/she: 1. Attended at least 85% of the lectures. 2. Achieved at least 45% in the progress tests, interim assessment and the final mock exam. 3. Attempted all tests and the mocks at Globaltraining, under exam conditions. TERMS OF PAYMENT THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF PAYMENT APPLY TO THOSE STUDENTS WHO WILL NOT OPT TO BENEFIT FROM THE ABOVE DISCOUNT SCHEME. EVENING COURSE 25% ON ENROLMENT 25% BY THE END OF AUGUST 25% BY THE END OF SEPTEMBER 25% BY THE END OF OCTOBER NOTE STUDENTS WHO NEED TO VARY THEIR TERMS OF PAYMENT, SHOULD SPEAK TO OUR CREDIT OFFICER, MS IRENE SAVVA.
4 STUDENTS WHOSE FEES ARE PARTLY COVERED BY THEIR EMPLOYERS AND GET A DISCOUNT ON THEIR SHARE OF FEES, MUST SETTLE THEIR SHARE OF FEES ON ENROLMENT. PROGRESS TESTS & MOCK EXAMS STUDENTS WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO PRACTICE: 1. THREE PROGRESS TESTS DURING THE COURSE UNDER EXAM CONDITIONS. 2. AN INTERIM ASSESSMENT AND A MOCK EXAM PAPER UNDER EXAM CONDITIONS. TERMS OF ENROLMENT (a) TO BE ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND THE ACCA EVENING COURSE, A STUDENT MUST COMPLETE THE ENROLMENT FORM AND HAVE HIS/HER FEES FROM THE PREVIOUS TERM FULLY SETTLED. (b) STUDENTS LIVING IN LARNACA AND AMMOCHOSTOS DISTRICTS WILL BE ALLOWED A 20% TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE. (c) STUDENTS JOINING THE EVENING COURSE LATE, WILL BE ALLOWED TO JOIN BLOCK ONE TO COVER THE SYLLABUS. (d) WHERE A STUDENT IS ELIGIBLE FOR MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT, ONLY THE HIGHEST OF THE DISCOUNTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO THE STUDENT. (e) IF STUDENTS DECIDE TO DROP A COURSE AFTER ITS COMMENCEMENT, THIS WILL RESULT IN CHARGING STUDENTS A FEE ON A PRO-RATA BASIS BASED ON THE DATE THE DROP FORM IS SUBMITTED TO OUR DEPARTMENT. (f) STUDENTS CANNOT DROP A PAPER EIGHT WEEKS BEFORE THE MOCK EXAM.
