1 Dear Junior Convenor Liverpool City Hockey Complex Junction Road, Moorebank, NSW 2170 Tel: (02) Fax: (02) We would like to invite you to the Moorebank Liverpool District Hockey Club Junior Carnivals, to be held on the dates listed below, at the Liverpool City Hockey Complex (Ernie Smith Reserve, Junction Road, Moorebank, 2170) which will have three(3) water-based pitches operational in Under 15 Girls Sunday, May 13 U11 Boys/Girls Sunday, May 20 Under 15 Boys Sunday, June 17 Under 13 Girls Sunday, June 24 Under 13 Boys Sunday, July 8 Entry fees are $250 per Team which includes an Umpire Levy of $ If you supply your own umpire, the levy will be refunded at the end of the Carnival. Please note the refund of the Umpire levy is conditional upon your Association providing an Umpire to officiate at each of the matches immediately following your matches. Umpires must NOT be players involved in the Carnival. If Umpires are not provided, the levy will be used to supply local Umpires. Please register team entry by by the Friday ONE WEEK prior to the dates above, if possible, sending number of teams and names of Umpires to Junior Club Carnival Convenor, at: given to teams in order of when their fully paid nomination was received.
