The sale started with bred hfrs and they were some of the best we have ever seen. Many of these incredible hfrs marked over 1200 lb in weight. The Philip Ranch started our sale and set the bar as high as it can go on quality and performance. Their Rbf hfrs, over 1200 lb, bred Blk Angus, traded to The Buse Creek Ranch Simm / Red Angus x hfrs, bred Red Angus, traded to The Meadow Creek Ranch had solid Blk Angus 1 st calf hfrs, bred Blk Angus, trade to The Allen Smith Ranch, Aledan Angus, brought us top quality Red Angus hfrs, bred Red Angus, that traded to Cox Valley Ranch presented a fantastic showcase of top quality Blk angus hfrs, bred Blk Angus. They were huge, with their weight pushing over 1200 lb, and they traded up to , Dennis & Fiona Ryan had a top group of Blk Angus bred hfrs that rolled to Pete & June Puhallo brought us one stellar group of Blk Angus hfrs, bred Blk Angus, that traded to Burbridge Farms was in with good quality Hereford bred cows that hit and their top Blk Angus cows marched to The crowd loved it when we had Rain Fossen come in riding her horse, an excellent, well trained gelding that sold for Norman Breen s mature Blk Angus bred cows ran up to A huge thank you to everyone who attended this sale, the place was full and the atmosphere was electric!! KAMLOOPS REGULAR SALE, TUESDAY, DEC. 4th, 2018 Lighter receipts as the fall run comes to a close. Today we saw just under 400 hd, the bulk of which were calves, and the quality was top notch. Lee Creek Holdings set the bar for quality with s/c just on the 700 lb mark trading to Dwayne Bentley had 625 lb s/c that topped with 750 lb s/c selling to Paul Hooysma saw his top quality 545 lb Blk Angus s/c top Sean Bennett blew the doors off with just under 200 hd of tremendous Angus calves. His pen of 657 lb s/c raced to and his next group of 32 hd, weighing 557 lb, Blk & Red Angus, traded to His pen of 506 lb s/c powered to The lighter side s/c, 355 lb rocked Sean s replacement quality h/c, 653 lb, fancy and good, rocketed to , 41 hd of his incredible 570 lb h/c traded to and another 19 hd of his 450 lb h/c saw Dave Starling brought us 685 lb Blk Angus s/c that topped the trade at John Massey was in with 350 lb h/c notching and his 400 lb s/c hit Dan Coe s 245 lb s/c rocked Patricia Joyce Andrews s 705 lb Char x s/c sold at and her 565 lb Red x h/c settled in at John Peterson s solid 750 lb Red s/c rolled to and his 1750 lb Red bull hit Ted Blackwell brought us 500 lb Blk Angus s/c that powered to John Peachy had 670 lb s/c top Sunnybrae Farms had 1475 lb butcher cows that topped the butcher trade at Fennell Ranch s came in with heavy, top quality, 1017 lb Angus open hfrs that settled at and their 1569 lb butcher cows saw Gerry Brackhaus came in with solid 2303 lb butcher bulls. A huge thank you from everyone at the Kamloops yards, the sale moved along smoothly and the quality was tremendous. Next Tuesday, Dec 11, will be a regular sale and a bred cow & bred hfrs combined.
