1 CLOVER POWER APRIL 2017 MEGAN FREEL Youth & Nutrition Internal Coordinator MARCI VINSAND County Youth Coordinator (515) Meet your State Council Representatives Did you know that Polk County 4-H has three representatives on State 4-H Council? Do you know what the State Council works on all year? Well it is time to find out! Who are your Polk County Representatives? (From left to right) Jessica Bigelow is a senior at Johnston High School and a member of the Valley Pacers 4-H Club.
