Our menu captures the true essence of traditional Italian cuisine and is crafted using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. It was developed with the assistance of Chef Maurizio Ferrari of Modena, Italy. Our specialty is a three course Esperienza Cucina Italiana, featuring refreshing, Mediterranean-style appetizers and hearty, flavourful roasts. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies for dinner and a valid credit card number is required to secure a reservation. Located on the lobby level of the Mount Temple Wing. *December 24 Two or three course Italian inspired specials, in addition to regular menu VICTORIA BALLROOM With authentic décor, floor to ceiling windows and a great view of Lake Louise, the Victoria Ballroom is the perfect place to enjoy the extensive and elaborate holiday buffets. Options for children are showcased at a level where they can reach and serve themselves. Special buffets will feature live entertainment and a celebratory cocktail upon arrival. Coffee lovers can enjoy a freshly brewed cup of medium or dark roast coffee or our baristas would be pleased to prepare an espresso, cappuccino or specialty coffee for you. Built in 1996, in honour of the Brewster Cowboys from over 100 years ago, the Dance Barn provides authentic Western atmosphere and entertainment. Their rustic western facilities make for an unforgettable Western Canadian experience. Buffet features the Brewster Hip of Beef, baked potatoes, beans, salad and dessert. With more than 70 KMs of cross country trails, Lake Louise is Canada s cross country skiing destination that is begging to be discovered. Social Events SKATING ON LAKE LOUISE The spectacular Victoria Glacier and snow-frosted Rocky Mountains provide the backdrop for one of the highest complimentary skating rinks in Canada: the frozen jewel of Lake Louise. Skate rentals available at Chateau Mountain Sports in the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise. SNOWSHOEING Take to the outdoors and explore our backyard on showshoes! The vast area of Lake Louise offers up the opportunity for endless adventures. Whether you choose to venture out on your own or take a Mountain Heritage Guide, there is no doubt that you will enjoy your winter adventure in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. HOTEL HISTORY AND KITCHEN TOUR Complimentary Since 1890, the Chateau has played a considerable role in the colorful history of Canada s Western Mountain Region and we want to share the rich heritage with you. Following a hotel history talk, you will be taken to the heart of the hotel to get a sneak peak of how our busiest kitchen is run, and receive a sweet sample from the Chef. Children suggested ages eight and older. (Maximum 25 people). JEWELRY MAKING WORKSHOP 75 minute activity $25 per bracelet, necklace or earrings made Join us to create your own beautiful necklace or bracelet. Everything you require is provided, with tons of beads and findings to choose from. You will be given some instructions and examples of possible patterns to inspire you. We will be there to assist you at the end to tie the second and final clasp. The quality of the beads as well as designs is created for all ages and genders, allowing everyone to create a stunning piece. Children must be over six years of age. MEET BOW THE BEAR Complimentary Bring your camera and we will snap a picture of you with Bow the Bear.

8 MOVIE NIGHT Complimentary Sit back in our comfy bean bags and watch the movie feature of the night, while enjoying complimentary movie theater popcorn. 9 CAMPFIRE AND GAMES $15 Children 6-13 We re heading outside for a night time campfire. We ll sing songs, tell stories, play games and even roast some marshmallows! Every kid will be provided with a digital camera and a list of photo objectives to discover. 10 POWDERFEST SNOWSHOEING Adults $65 Children 8-12 $30 Winter is king amid the peaks of Banff National Park. With an average annual snowfall of 5 m / 16 ft this area is superb to try this ancient and efficient mode of travel. If you can walk, you can snowshoe! After gearing up and having a brief introduction on the basics, we will venture into the forest and look for signs of creatures that have adapted to the harsh winter conditions. Learn how to read the tracks of different animals and discover how they have adapted to survive the harsh conditions. Snowshoes included. Fairmont Fitness & Wellness CROSS COUNTRY SKI LESSONS Adults $49 Children 8-12 $25 Imagine yourself skiing along a quiet forest trail surrounded by mountains blanketed in snow and ice. Before you hit the trails take a lesson to fine tune your skiing abilities. Tailored to those who have never been on cross country skis or advanced skiers seeking to improve their technique. NIGHT OWL SNOWSHOE Adults $49 Children 8-12 $25 Secret spots and unique discoveries await us after dark. Journey into the woods on snowshoes and enter a world of stillness and mystery. If the skies are clear, we will take the time to learn some of the great constellations that wheel overhead: Cassiopeia, the Great Bear and Orion the Hunter. Snowshoes included. JOHNSTON CANYON ICEFALLS Adults $65 Children 8-12 $30 Discover a hidden and mysterious frozen world. Marvel at stilled waterfalls and dazzling pillars of blue and explore the surprising magic of this winter wonderland. Our day begins with a 30 minute drive to the trailhead located on the scenic Bow Valley Parkway. After donning special ice cleats, we journey up the lower canyon on numerous suspended catwalks to reach the Lower Falls. We continue our trek onward and upward with numerous photo opportunities until we arrive at the grotto of the spectacular Upper Falls. Transportation and ice cleats included.
