7 ADVENTURE DAY CAMPS (AGES 5-14) Explore the magic of winter with the creation of a luge track, snow caves, skating and animal tracking. Adventure Day Camps provide a unique and fun-filled learning experience for kids and teens aged 5-14 years. Get your kids outside and in the snow even if it s not on skis or a snowboard. SNOWSHOE TOURS FOR SCHOOL GROUPS (K-12) Learn the basics of snowshoeing including a summary of equipment, terrain safety and mountaintop flora and fauna on a 1.5 hour tour. This 3-day course is your chance to become a Level 1-Certified CSIA (Canadian Ski Instructors Alliance) instructor. MOUNTAINTOP SAFETY TRAINING AVALANCHE SKILLS TRAINING, LEVEL 1 Learn how to evaluate avalanche conditions, analyze a Public Avalanche Bulletin, and better plan for winter outings. Our experienced team can help you get some of the basics with our 2-day, hands-on course that follows the Avalanche Canada s curriculum. SNOWSHOE PROGRAMS (AGES 19+) SNOWSHOE DROP-IN NIGHTS Join us for exciting night hikes through Munday Alpine Snowshoe Park. Whether you are just starting out or looking to improve your time on the Showshoe Grind, we have a group suited to you. Snowshoeing is a fun way to explore the Mountain and get a great workout too. Snowshoe Drop-In Nights are complimentary with a Mountain Admission Ticket or an Annual Local s Pass. MOUNTAINTOP ACTIVITIES SLIDING ZONE Sit down, hang on, and experience the exhilaration of pure winter fun! The Sliding Zone has two lanes of cruising delight. Grab your skates and go for a glide on Grouse Mountain s 8,000 square foot Ice Skating Pond the only one of its kind on the West Coast.
