3 Would you know what to do if a loved one suffered a cardiac arrest or a heart attack? If not, now is the time to become a Lancashire Lifesaver by learning some essential lifesaving skills! BBC Radio Lancashire along with Lancashire Adult Learning, Lancashire County Council and the North West Ambulance Service have launched the #LancashireLifesaver campaign to train as many people across the county as possible. It will also teach you how to effectively deliver 2 minutes of cardiopulmonary resuscitation utilising a defibrillator (AED). During the session, you will also find out about other potential training opportunities with Lancashire Adult Learning. It will also help you to identify the different techniques used in child and baby CPR. After completing this course, there are options to progress onto the intermediate first aid course. Did you know? Lancashire County Council has invested 30,000 in new defibrillators across Lancashire
