Inside this issue, you will find updates on the newly opened, The Flagship, located adjacent to ART Rotana, featuring modern and comfortable facilities. Turn to page 2, to find out more. RAMADAN AT THE GROVE HOTEL The Grove Hotel and Conference centre promises to make this Ramadan Iftar truly memorable for diners with an array of irresistible flavors, signature dishes and traditional delicacies. Temperature controlled swimming pool Each time we visit the building, residents of The Flagship always highlight the sizeable temperature controlled swimming pool. Unlike almost all other residential buildings in Bahrain, it offers tenants an all-year-round swimming facility, perfectly designed for families and more serious swimmers alike (one of the most common complaints we come across from tenants in other buildings is that the swimming facilities are only useable for 4 moths of the year). In addition, The Flagship pooldeck provides a perfect space for evening BBQs and sundowners overlooking the sea a great way to start the weekend! 2. Fully kitted gym The Flagship s immaculate gym compares favourably with many hotel gyms in offering a wide selection of outstanding Precor equipment suitable for any regular gym visitor. Brilliantly appointed kids play area The well-used and much-loved kids play area is superb. Offering, among other things, slides, a Wendy house, climbing pyramid and various softtumble equipment, it has become one of the most frequently visited facilities at The Flagship. The parents we have spoken to typically compliment it as a fun and safe environment for children to exercise and play, unimpeded by space restrictions. It is also great to see a kids play area that is well-used, with children from different families regularly meeting and interacting. The combination of friendly on-site management and outstanding recreational facilities at The Flagship both contribute to the unique feeling at the building. Yes, the building is very well run and exceptionally presented, but it is atmosphere created by friendly staff, happy tenants and wellused recreational spaces that contribute to The Flagship s unique atmosphere and growing sense of community.
