A series of functional exercises, core training, and conditioning drills are matched together to emphasize strength, speed, agility, flexibility, and endurance, benefitting all students regardless of their level of ability. Suggested supplies include: athletic shorts and shirt, running shoes, water bottle and a healthy snack. From simple childhood outlines to complicated patterns and designs the world of coloring books has changed. We will use lots of different mediums to color our world, de-stress, and create beautiful images. Along the way we will examine meaningful quotes, pair them with our colorful creations, and do a bit of thoughtful and serene writing. This class will have you relaxed and colorfully creating in no time! 7

Bring your own fishing equipment or it can be provided for you. This class will meet on Monday and Wednesday evenings. You will need a bike, helmet, and water bottle. Suggested equipment: sunglasses and gloves. Meet in the circle drive (off of South Street). Note: This is a 2 hour class. Now put them in A-B-C order. Invent a recipe for a cool summer drink. Write it on a recipe card. Serve the drink to your friends. Find something small enough to put in your pocket. Write or tell a story about it. Start a round-robin story. Write the beginning, then ask friends to add to it until it has an ending. We will explore all of these things and much more!
