Level #1 - Water Exploration Designed for the beginning swimmer to feel comfortable in and enjoy the water safely. Fundamental water safety and skills focusing on fun are emphasized. This group will work on putting their faces in the water, floating on their front of back, and holding their breath under water while beginning movement in the water.
