2 EVENTS: Swimmers will be divided in groups based on skill level. Sport Day in Canada Event - Recreational Swimmers Ballet Workshop, Flexibility Workshop, Sport Psych Workshop (13-15yrs & older), Dryland Workshop with Tracy, Water Skills Session with Tracy, My Road to Excellence by Tracy Little/Autograph session Capital Region Figure Meet & Sport Day in Canada Event Figure Meet on Saturday, Ballet Workshop, Flexibility Workshop, Sport Psych Workshop (13-15yrs & older), Dryland Workshop with Tracy, Water Skills Session with Tracy, My Road to Excellence by Tracy Little/Autograph session FIGURE MEET INFO: All figure panels will be set at the deep end of the U of A west pool (see attached diagram). There will be no awards given. Results will be ed to coaches. Access to the pool will be open at 7:30am using the side doors (wall of windows opening into the pool). Athletes can be dropped off in the small parking lot area in front of these doors by driving down the lane beside the Butterdome on 87 th Ave. Please enter through these doors only. See attached map on the last page. Water warm up will be from 8:00-8:30am for the 10&U, & Novice swimmers and from 10:00-10:30 for the 13-15, & Junior swimmers. Please Note: All swimmers will leave their bags in the stands area so the deck space is free for dryland warm-up. FIGURE DRAW: PARKING: FOOD CONCESSION: AUTOGRAPH SESSION: Figure draw will be ed to all clubs 48-72hrs in advance. Please use the Stadium Car Park located North West of the Butterdome (beside the Student Union Building). Cost for parking is 5.00/day. For those wishing to purchase lunch over the weekend, SUB has some options including Subway. This building is located across from the Van Vliet Centre. The autograph session will take place on the pool deck Sunday afternoon. Nova has hired a professional photographer to take photos of the swimmers with Tracy. These pictures will be shared with all clubs via DropBox. Autograph cards with a special quote from Tracy will also be provided for each swimmer. **For the sake of time no individual photos will be allowed and only the autograph cards will be signed by Tracy.

3 COACH & JUDGE CLINICS: COACH & TRACY CLINIC: POOL DIAGRAM & SEATING MAP(Sunday only): These will take place immediately following the figure meets. Sunday afternoon from 3:00-5:30pm in the Minerva room in Van Vliet. If you have not ed your questions please send them asap to See the attached pool rotation and age group seating map for the Sport Day event on Sunday.
