Trees Pool December 11-14, 2014 All swimmers attending the MEET MUST RIDE UP to Pittsburgh on the bus, but may ride home with their parents. *Special Note: For those swimmers & parents who do not have swimmers participating in finals Sunday evening, we will have two buses departing for home on Sunday evening after the 72 & Under session, approximately 4:00 p.m.

Trees Pool December 11-14, 2014 Location: Trees Pool, University of Pittsburgh Aliquippa and Darragh Streets (in the Oakland area) Pittsburgh, PA Pool Phone: (412) Parking available in the OC LOT (on the left past Trees Pool). Trees Pool offers: Tv/o eight-lane, 25-yard indoor courses with electronic timing & anti-wave lane lines. Six lane 25-yard warm up/warm down pool separate from the competition pool. The competition course has been certified in accordance with C(4). We will pick-up Charlottesville Gators at 7:45 a.m. at the Waynesboro exit, and we will pick-up the Harrisonburg Gators at 8:15 a.m. at the Harrisonburg exit. 5 Gators Off To w Pittsbursih! Special Notes: 1. It con get very cold at Pittsburgh, so please have caps and gloves. It nnay even snov/, so boots are a good idea to have packed. 2. We will be eating our meals as a team. 3. All n & Over swimmers will go bock to finals, even if they are not swimming, to watch some of the best swimming they could possibly see - a great learning experience. *Nofe: 8 & Unders and 70 & Unders can be excluded from going back to finals if they so choose. 4. Make sure you have all your shaving stuff, because this is a shove and taper meet. 5. All swimmers attending the Meet must ride up to Pittsburgh on the bus, but may ride home with their parents. 6. If parents are providing their own transportation to Pittsburgh and plan to ride the bus to and from the pool, please be aware that buses may be standing room only (if standing is permitted by bus drivers). The swimmers and parents that have paid to ride the bus are the first to load. Be The Best You Can Be!

December 11,2014 5:30 am - Arrive to Gator Center for loading 6:00 am - Depart from Gator Center - 6am SHARP! 7:45 am - Pick up Charlottesville Waynesboro exit, off 81 8:15 am - Pick up Harrisonburg Gators 11:00-11:30 am - Breezewood 1:00-1:30 pm - Arrive at team hotel: Pittsburgh Marriott City Center 4:00 pm - All buses depart from hotel for warm up at Pitt. University Pool 5:30 pm - Depart from pool (swimmers NOT competing) for dinner at the Marriott *Bus drivers are welcome to eat with the group END OF FINALS - Thursday Finals swimmers depart pool to eat at Marriott

7 Senior Busses Friday, Saturday & Sunday I 5:45 am Depart from hotel to Cafe Fifth 6:40 am Depart from Cafe Fifth to Pitt pool 12:30 pm Pick up Senior swimmers, take to Cafe Fifth for lunch, then walk to IVIarriott for SLEEP & REST. NO SWIMMERS CAN BE OUT OF THEIR ROOM. Friday & Saturday 4:30 pm Depart from hotel to take all swimmers participating in Finals to Pitt pool. 5:45 pm Depart from hotel to take all swimmers who are watching Finals to Pitt pool. 8:30-9:00 pm Pick up swimmers at pool; take to Marriott for dinner and meeting. Sunday 3:15 pm Pack up and load the bus. 3:30 pm Take ALL SENIOR SWIMMERS back to the pool. Friday & Saturday Age Group/8 & Unders Bus 11:30 pm Depart from hotel to take swimmers to Pitt pool 4:00 pm Pick up swimmers from pool; bring to hotel for dinner. ***11 & 12's making Finals will be served dinner at the pool so they can rest between Prelims & Finals 5:45 pm Take swimmers to the pool who are not swimming in Finals 8:00-9:00 pm Pick up swimmers from pool and take to hotel for dinner and meeting Sunday Everything on the schedule is 1 hr. earlier for Finals. 11:30 pm 12 & Unders will pack/load bus 11:45 pm Leave for pool Sunday: All swimmers who do not make finals on Sunday will depart for home immediately following the afternoon session on Sunday (approx. 4:00 pm). We will leave directly from the pool. We will have pizza on the bus. The last bus will depart immediately following the conclusion of Finals.
