6 : 5000/512/ /2221 Diaflex blank with heel spur cut-out To address the problem of heel spurs, we make a plastic core with a long, cut-out hole. The core can be supplied loose and with lining as a construction set, or completely bonded as depicted here. In this case we have bonded the blank with V-V heel cushioning. Starting with approx. 3 mm in the heel area, the padding ends in forefoot with around 2 mm. The latex foam used here is very soft and elastic, and retains its shape extremely well.
