We are a community-based football club promoting a fun, safe environment for all players. Online registrations close on February 18th From February 8th 2017 BFC will only take player registrations if players are required to fill vacant positions. Some of our age groups fill fast and others are vacant for some time. Only fully registered and paid players will be allocated spots in teams. Central Coast Football have advised that they will continue with the cashless referee structure. All referees will continue to be paid by CCF and not cash on the day at the clubs. Therefore we have again incorporated referee and cadet referee fees in everyone s player registrations. Please note the referee fees charged are on a 75% ratio of referee availability, there will still be some games that we are not allocated a referee or cadet referee. Important Notice To become a registered player and be eligible to play for any BFC team; FULL PAYMENT must have been received and processed. THIS APPLIES TO ALL PLAYERS BFC reserve the right to decline any player s application A successful Club can only be run with the support of its families and players. Our Canteen and BBQ is a valuable source of income for us and most teams will be rostered to provide 2 or 3 people to assist in serving at the counter, we also have a team roster system for field set up and pack away. What does BSC and BFC Mean? Budgewoi Soccer Club (BSC) is the licensed premises here at Millington Way, Buff Point. It is 1 of 8 clubs under the Wyong Rugby League Club Group (WRLCG). Budgewoi Football Club (BFC) is the major affiliated sporting club of BSC.

2 BFC Membership To become a member of the Budgewoi Football Club (BFC) the applicant must first be a financial member of the Wyong Rugby League Club Group (WRLCG) and must complete the application for membership to BFC. To register as an over 18 player above must be completed. To register as an under 18 player above must be completed by at least 1 parent or guardian. BSC Membership All senior players MUST become members of the licensed club along with a minimum of 1 junior parent/ guardian. Membership can be obtained at the BSC front reception or bar any time that the club is open. The cost is $12.00 per year. This will provide you with club information and beverage discounts. In return your outlay will help us maintain our ovals and sporting equipment. The FFA Online System This online system is the official registration system throughout Australia, it is self-service. To use the system every player will create an online account, if you are a previously registered player please use your existing account. If you have forgotten your log in details then please follow the online prompts to retrieve them. This is the only way to get registered, registration forms do not get handed out to clubs anymore. The system is designed to be quick and easy and is available 24/7. Online Registration, and Phone Numbers Please make sure that you submit your correct details as they will be passed over to your coach and committee for communication purposes. If your details change throughout the year, you can simply log back in to your FFA account and change your details. Photos Photos for your Registration ID are the responsibility of the individual and can be uploaded via your FFA account. Please follow the online instructions as to the type and size of the photo that is required. What is included in Registration? Playing jersey, player socks and all junior players will receive a training ball. Playing jersey will remain the property of the club. 3 Registered Age To ensure that your fees are correct you MUST register in your year of birth. You MUST juniorvicepresident@budgewoifc.com.au with a request to play in another age group. The request will be noted in the system and submitted to the Technical Director. Refunds 1. Once payment has been completed: A player deregisters and it is determined to be fair and reasonable, prior to 24th February: 2. Money will be refunded minus cost of items supplied at registration and an administration charge of $ Refunds for change of mind or injury sustained outside the game will NOT be considered. 4 Payment Options Online via This year we are having the option of a payment system, from December 7th 2016 registration part payments may be made at the Soccer Club in the top lounge area. Payments from 6pm to 6.30pm every Wednesday until Wednesday 25th January Gear Pick-up All gear will be forwarded onto Coaches/Managers once it arrives and players have been finalised into teams. Behaviour BFC, like all Clubs in Australia has a code of conduct. Abusive behaviour towards anyone no matter the circumstances will not be tolerated. Football is a passionate game, often it can become charged with emotion, if you do find yourself in a confronting situation, WALK AWAY. To put it simply, please treat everyone how you would like to be treated yourself. U5, U6, U7 s Welcome to BFC 2017 Introduction Day Rescheduled due to heat: Sunday 26th February at Budgewoi Soccer Club All players to meet down at the Canteen area sausage sizzle provided for players. Players to wear sports shorts & t-shirt, bring boots, socks, shin pads and drink bottle of water U5 s 8.30am U6 s 9.30am U7 s 10.30am Team Allocation Day U5, U6 & U7 s Rescheduled to Wednesday 1st March canteen area U5 s 4.30pm U6 s 5.15pm U7 s 6.00pm ** All our Coaches and Managers are volunteers, if you are interested in volunteering to Coach or Manage a team please our U5-U9 Coordinator mb_budgewoifc@rocketmail.com. Players must be registered prior to the introduction and allocation day to be allocated into teams. Players not registered and paid may miss out on a team placement as additional players will only be taken if there are any vacancies in the Club for that age group

5 Trial Games Trial Games at Budgewoi Football Club, times and details will be on website closer to dates. Team Allocation Although we do our best to accommodate all registered and paid players, sometimes unfortunately as team numbers are limited your child may miss out on a place even when registered in the system. We do our best to allocate numbers and close teams as they become full, in the unfortunate case that our numbers are not correct and a player is unable to be allocated into a team a full refund will be issued. Grading BFC believes that football is most enjoyable when players are challenged but not overwhelmed. With this in mind we try to place players into teams of similar ability and then place each team into a division that will make playing both challenging and enjoyable. When deciding which team a player will be placed in, we consider last years team performance, reports from coaches, performance on grading day/trial game days. We are most fortunate in having private grounds to train and play on, this is at substantial cost to WRLCG and BSC in particular. All that we ask in return is that you support your club by becoming a member and frequent the licensed Club now and again, maybe take the family for an excellent meal at the renowned Johne s Angkasa Restaurant. Helping us during the year with some volunteer time at our fundraising events (Friday night raffles, social events or canteen), will be very much appreciated. BFC is 1 of the 4 founding clubs of Football on the Central Coast. Whilst being very proud of our past, we will continue to strive for on field success and off field management for the benefit of our players and supporters.

6 Budgewoi Football Club Self Registration Guide Please follow the following instructions to register online for our club: Login: Go to the MyFootballClub website: Click on Register Now Select Player Registration Follow the prompts to proceed to login pages, find your FFA number and/or reset your password Login using your FFA number and password: FFA Number: Password: Start Registration Once logged in, select Make a Registration or Register Now Update contact details if necessary. On the next screen, enter the club name Budgewoi Football Club NB: If you get a message saying there are no packages then click OK and check the club name Select the Registration role as: Player NB: If this is the first time you have registered to play football in Australia you will need to confirm whether you played in another country Select the correct Registration Package that applies for your registration. Click the Add button. Click the Next button at the bottom of the screen. Read and acknowledge the Terms and Conditions then click Next. Click on Pay Now to pay online with a credit card (VISA or MasterCard), NB: Payment must be made before a registration can be accepted. Answer the questions on the final page and click the Save All Answers button. Your registration has now been submitted. Make sure you have paid your fees and completed any necessary ID checks, etc. Ensure you keep all s and receipts send to you. Where do I go if I need help with my registration?
