1 WHITSUN HALF TERM ATP FIXTURES - 6 th /7 th /8 th JUNE 2012 BRENTFORD FC CST v BRIGHTON & HOVE ALBION v COVENTRY CITY FC Dear ATP Parent & Player, Welcome back to the ATP and we look forward to another exciting term with the climax of the football season approaching and with the 2012 Euros just around the corner plus not forgetting the London 2012 Olympics little over a 100 days away A big thank you to everyone including our coaches who attended the fixtures against Walsall & Northampton Town. I m delighted to say that we are hosting the next set of fixtures in June half term at our Twickenham Academy venue so very little travelling this time around. We have a high quality pair of opponents in two Championship teams with Brighton & Hove Albion and Coventry City visiting us. I m sure this will offer your son an excellent and exciting challenge. I would also like to point out a date change for our final set of fixtures which will be hosted by ARSENAL FC and include newly promoted CHARLTON ATHLETIC FC. The event has been moved one day back. The training day will now be on Tuesday 24 th July with the relevant age group matches taking place on Wednesday 25 th & Thursday 26 th July to avoid the opening day of the London 2012 Olympics on the Friday. Trying to travel anywhere near central London will be chaotic on the Friday. We will be looking to extend our ATP training sessions into June and early July. The fixtures against Arsenal and Charlton will be our last set of development fixtures of the season before we break for the summer. The Dates For Whitsun ATP Training & Development Fixtures are as follows: Wednesday 6 th June: Thursday 7 th June: AM: Under 7/8/11/12/13 Groups Training PM: Under 9/10/14/15/16 Group Training 7/9/11/13/15s Age Group MATCHES v Brighton & Coventry Friday 8 th June: 8/10/12/14s Age Group MATCHES v Brighton & Coventry Please note that this is huge logistical exercise to organise. We would ask you to respect the deadlines for applications. We have to give our opposition 4 weeks notice of the fixtures and therefore we need to know what teams we can field. It is highly unlikely that we will be unable to include you in the squads if you try to apply after the deadline. NO MONEY IS BANKED UNLESS UNTIL WE CONFIRM WE HAVE SQUADS FOR THE RELEVANT AGE GROUP. Therefore, my advice is to apply as soon as possible. Should we be unable to field a side in your son s particular age group then your payment will be returned in full. There is no financial risk to you.

We will be hosting the training and the matches at our Twickenham Academy Venue. I would urge you to apply as soon as possible. THE DEADLINE FOR ALL APPLICATION IS WEDNESDAY 9 TH MAY THIS GIVES YOU 3 WEEKS TO APPLY. PLEASE TRY AND GET THEM IN BEFORE THIS. We will be holding a training session on WEDNESDAY 6 th JUNE 2012 and then matches will follow depending on whether your son is in the odd or even aged groups. I can confirm that this will be held at Twickenham Academy (Formerly Whitton School), Percy Road, Twickenham, Middlesex TW2 6JW. This will include all coaching, match day supervision and matches. We can only accept players who can attend BOTH days onto the camp and it is therefore not possible to do only 1 day. If you would like your child to attend the training camp and fixtures please fill in the attached reply form and return it, along with payment to your venue coordinator or our HEAD OFFICE by WEDNESDAY 9 TH MAY Mark envelope ATP JUNE FIXTURES ).
