1 EASTER HOLIDAYS ATP FIXTURES APRIL 3 RD /4 TH /5 TH 2013 INCLUSIVE BRENTFORD FC CST v Dear ATP Parent & Player, WYCOMBE WANDERERS FC (HOSTS) & LEICESTER CITY FC With Easter just around the corner we are issuing our EASTER ELITE DEVELOPMENT FIXTURES APPLICATION FORM early. We are required to give the host club (Wycombe Wanderers on this occasion) 4 weeks notice of the squads we wish to enter. Therefore, early application is required. THE DEADLINE IS WEDNESDAY 6 TH MARCH 2013 Easter: 3/4/5 April Fixture List 2012/13 Season Hosts: Wycombe Wanderers Visitors: Brentford & Leicester City Whitsun: 29/30/31 May Hosts: Brighton & HA Summer: 24/25/26 July Hosts: Oxford United Visitors: Brentford & Wycombe Visitors: Bournemouth & Brentford These events are a huge logistical exercise and your cooperation in getting your forms in as soon as possible greatly helps this process. It also means we can get the information out to you much quicker once squads are confirmed. Late applications will not be considered unless we require players for that squad. You may be offered an opportunity to play up or down but that is purely at the discretion of the ATP Coordinator. We will REFUND any monies if we cannot field a squad in a certain age group so you will not lose any money. 2 11 TH FEBRUARY RD /4 TH /5 TH APRIL Development Centre ATP Training/Fixtures PLAYER APPLICATION PROCESS: Please note that we are only permitted to field 2 teams in each age group (U7/8/9/10) then only 1 team per age group for U11/12/13/14/15-6. To give meaningful game time to players we have set a squad size appropriate for that age group. THIS OPERATES ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS U7 & U8 Max 8 per squad U9 & U10 Max 10 per squad U11 & U12 Max 13 per squad U13/U14/U15 Max 16 per squad For the U7/8/9/10 if we reach the initial squad size for one team we will notify parents who subsequently apply to let them know if we will have enough players to field a second squad. No payments will be banked until we can confirm a place. If we have more than 2 Goalkeepers in an age group only a maximum of 2 can be in a squad. PLEASE NOTE THE COST FOR THE 2 DAY DEVELOPMENT CAMP IS 50. This will include all coaching, match day supervision and supply of match shirt. We can only accept players who can attend BOTH days (training + match day) and it is therefore not possible to do only 1 day. If you would like your child to attend the training camp and fixtures please fill in the attached reply form and return it, along with payment to your venue coordinator or our HEAD OFFICE by WEDNESDAY 6 TH MARCH Mark envelope ATP EASTER 2103 FIXTURES ). WE WOULD ADVISE YOU NOT TO ARRIVE BEFORE 9.30AM. PLEASE CHECK FOR ANY PARKING RESTRICTIONS BEFORE LEAVING YOUR VEHICLE AS BFCCST CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARKING TICKETS/FINES.
