#61- LUIS PERDOMO - RHP PERD, PERD, PERD...PERD IS THE WORD: 24-year-old Luis Perdomo takes the mound tonight in search of his fourth win in his last six starts. Tonight will be his 18th start of the season, ninth on the road, and his first career start against the New York Mets. Has worked 5.0 innings-or-more in 14 of his 17 starts and at least 6.0 innings in 10 of those outings. SWING IT, LUIS: In his last outing on 7/22 at SF, he hit a two-run triple in the top of the fourth inning...it was his third triple in just 24 at-bats this season, becoming the first Padre in franchise history to hit three triples in a single season.
