The commissions will be paid based on the amount of the first order/invoice made. Example: If the amount of your first order is 4,000, the commission to be applied is 10% on this and on the subsequent orders until the staging of the FORMULA ONE GRAN PREMIO DE ESPAÑA A) TURNOVER FROM 3,000 TO 150,000 10% Commission B) TURNOVER FROM 150,001 TO 300,000 12% Commission C) TURNOVER FROM 300,001 onwards 14% Commission These commissions will only be applicable to turnovers achieved with the purchase of tickets for the FORMULA ONE GRAN PREMIO DE ESPAÑA After the FORMULA ONE GRAN PREMIO DE ESPAÑA 2014, we will check the total turnover of every customer and proceed to regularize and pay the pending commissions. Example: if we have been applying a 10% commission on the invoices and the total turnover has amounted to 151,000, we will pay the difference to reach 12%, i.e. we will pay you an additional 2%. The payment will be made as follows: After the FORMULA ONE GRAN PREMIO DE ESPAÑA 2014, the Circuit will notify you of the the invoiced amount (purchase volume) and the respective commission. If you agree, we will pay the amount of the remaining commission by transfer to the bank account which you have previously indicated, in 30 days time. 3.- The commission structure stated above will be applied to every agency. Circuits de Catalunya S.L. reserves the right not to apply these commission if there have been irregularities in the ticket sales (e.g. tickets sold to a lower price than the price established in our price list). 4.- The agency undertakes to publish the official ticket price in all of its promotions. Any possible booking fees shall be clearly specified in all advertising in any media. 5.- In order to benefit from the pre-sales discounts, the payments will have to be made before the end of the pre-sales period. 6.- No changes or reimbursements are allowed once the ticket has been purchased, neither during nor after the FORMULA ONE GRAN PREMIO DE ESPAÑA Circuits de Catalunya, S.L. will not be liable for any misuse that may be made of the tickets. 8.- Circuits de Catalunya, S.L. will not be liable for the loss or theft of the tickets.
