6 In case of Turbocharged vehicles, the total capacity will be increase by a coeficient of 1,4. Once the new total capacity is given, the car will be relocated on its new class depending on the new capacity 6.6 Security measurements: In the case of supercharging (see definition in the current Appendix J), the nominal cylinder capacity of all the cars will be multiplied by 1.4 and each car will belong to the class corresponding to the fictive cylinder capacity thus obtained. cars taking part in competition must carry all security devices on date, as well as: Roll cage 6 points, mechanical fire extinguisher, automatic fire extinguisher, battery cut off, homolgated baquet seats, homolgated harneses seat belts, hans safety device for pilot and navigator. As well as being registered for open public road use. According to Spanish road law you must carry reflectant triangles and 2 high light visibility vests. REGULARITY Clase A vehicles built before 31/12/1930 Clase B vehicles built between 01/01/1931 y 31/12/1946 Clase C vehicles built between 01/01/1947 y 31/12/1961 Clase D vehicles built between 01/01/1962 y 31/12/1965 Clase E vehicles built between 01/01/1966 y 31/12/1969 Clase F vehicles built between vehicles built between 01/01/1970 y 31/12/1977 Clase G vehículos fabricados entre 01/01/1978 y 31/12 / Security Measurements Regularity class cars taking part in REGULARITY, must carry the following safety devices: MANUAL FIRE EXTINGUISHER AND HELMET FOR PILOT AND NAVIGATOR. The organization reserves the right to accept any inscription 7º Starting order: The starting order, is always following the starting numbers, starting always form lowest to highest Turing the whole rally. 8º Service crew 8.1. It is forbidden to service a car at less than 300 metres from a control area. Any team providing service at that area will be penalized by the Sporting Marshalls Service crew vehicle can not be in the time stages neither the forbidden areas

7 9º Reinstatement of a vehicle into the rally A team that for whatever reason, could not finish, a stage or a section, can return to the competition only with the vehicle initially enrolled and upon request in writing to the Race director. For the reinstatement, there will applied as a penalty, and could carry on rallying but will not appear at the final results. The penalty applied will be the time of last qualified car on that stage seconds. The time and location to return to the race will be determined by the Race Director. 10º Tyres TYRES WILL BE AS FOR FREE ELECTION FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS BEING EXTRICTLY FORBIDEN THE SLICKS RACE TRACK TYRES HAND CUTTED BY PARTICIPANTS. AS FOR RAIN TYRES ARE FREE ELECTION 11º Measurement devices The measurement devices will be free 12º Licences drivers and navigators must held a valid licence issue by its own ASN. In case of not having one or needing help please contact us for assistance. 13º PERFORMANCE INDEX (IOP) + A new Scratch/Overall class is being established, were each car will have an index of Performance (IOP), please see Annex 4, with the list of vehicles and its IOP. 14º Inscription The inscriptions will have to be made fulfilling the rally inscription form, which you may download or you may as well sign up online. You will find all information on the official internet site: The price for the inscription will be for competition and for regularity. It includes: 1 road book 1 rally plates 2 racing numbers Merchandising for pilot and navigator Lunches for the 9 and 10th of march 2018 Welcome events Gala dinner and prize giving ceremony for 2 persons The inscription fees must be sent by bank transfer The inscription form must be sent to the organization, either or post before the 31st of January No inscription will be valid without being paid.

8 15º ADMINISTRATIVE (HOTEL SON CALIU) AND TECHNICAL ( PUERTO ) SCRUTENEERING The administrative and Tehnical scruteneering, will tace place Voluntarily, on wednesday 7th of march, from 11:00 a.m. untill 7:00 p.m. and mandatory 8th of march from 10:00 a.m. untill 5:00 p.m. 16º TROPHYES The awards ceremony was completed at the gala dinner to be held and March 10 a.m. at 8 p.m.in Puerto Portals will be delivered the following trophies: A) COMPETITION 16.1) Overall Scratch: 16.2) Overall class Legend: 16.3) Overall Scratch INDEX OF PERFORMANCE (IOP): 16.4) CLASIFIED PER CLASS: Trophy for 1º and 2º qualified (driver and Navigator) on all classes. 16.5) LADIES CLASS: Best Ladies qualifies at the overall Scratch, will receive the Ladies Trophy. Only 1 team can get the Ladies trophy. B) REGULARITY 16.6) OVERALL SCRATCH REGULARITY CLASS: 16.7) CLASIFIED PER CLASS: Trophy for 1º and 2º qualified (driver and Navigator) on all classes. 16.8) LADIES CLASS: Best Ladies qualifies at the overall Scratch, will receive the Ladies Trophy. Only 1 team can get the Ladies trophy. C) CLASS 4 (LEGEND CARS & GR.A CLASS ) 16.9) OVERALL SCRATCH CLASS
