Includes new southbound general purpose lane from Duke Street to Edsall Road and will provide $15 million annually for transit 66 Express Lanes Inside the Beltway Rush/peak direction only; revenues fund multimodal improvements to corridor 66 Express Lanes Outside the Beltway (Open 2022, I-66 Express Mobility Partners) Adds 22.5 miles from the Beltway to Route 29 in Gainesville, rebuilds major interchanges, adds 4,000 park-and-ride spaces and 11 miles of new trail Virginia Department of Transportation

23 Project Funding The Authority is advancing 122 regional multimodal projects totaling nearly $2 billion. In June 2018, the Authority adopted its FY Six Year Program including an additional 44 regional projects totaling $1.285 billion. Starting in June 2020, the Authority expects to fund additional projects totaling $400+ million every two years (excluding debt issuance). 3
