25 Traffic circulation - evaluation mid term review in 1980 number of visitors to city centre stayed the same as 1976 use of bicycle stayed the same as 1976 increase in number of pedestrians (7% up) decrease in number of cars (44% down) increase in use of public transport traffic and transport policy after 1977: almost car free city centre and good facilities for bicycle and public transport!
