13 BEAUTIFICATION 147 trees planted to date along main UCI race route 29 empty tree wells to be planted by Urban Forestry by mid- May 3 rd and 5 th Streets gateways to receive planters (In partnership with Venture Richmond and Maymont FoundaAon) East Broad Street gateway (College Street to North 16 th Street) Low Line Park (Dock Street) In Partnership with Capital Trees Parks and tree projects undertaken at Libby Hill by Tree Stewards
