31 GREAT START BUT NO HAPPY ENDING YET At the current funding level ($2.5M/ year) it will take 440 years to complete Denver s sidewalk network. The plan estimates the need to be $800M - $1.4B - Denver Moves Pedestrians and Trails DRAFT Pilot Sidewalk Maintenance Program ($4.5M) will take 11 years to repair cracks and level sidewalks TO BE CONTINUED.
