3 PROJECT BACKGROUND 3 study funded through Caltrans Sustainable Transportation Planning grant study area includes Creston Road between S River Road and Niblick Road (1.9 miles) will utilize a public process that engages residents, property owners, and other stakeholders (schools) plan will address safety, access, and mobility for all modes of transportation including walking, bicycling, transit, and motor vehicles
