Our hope for you is that we can work together to make this the healthiest year of your life. There is so much to do at Five Points including; swimming, aquatics classes, Pickleball, group exercise classes, virtual classes, personal training, Healthy for Life nutrition coaching, Fit Life for Seniors, weight equipment, cardio equipment, walking track and so much more. Our challenge to you is to pick something you haven t done yet and try it. If you have any questions about one of these programs, our managers are always happy to meet with you and answer any questions you may have. As many of you have probably noticed, The World of Vitamins smoothie bar is no longer open. We plan HOLIDAY to make this HOURS area a space for kids 6-11 who can t be on the fitness floor yet, but don t want to be in the Kids Clubhouse with the smaller children while mom and dad are working out. This will also be an area where families can play games together etc. after workouts if they want some time together before they head home. If you want to be notified if there is a change in hours or activities at Five Points due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, we can notify you one of several ways. To receive a text in situations like this, text FIVEPOINTS to to opt into our text messaging system. We will not do any advertising with this system, it is for notifications only. You can also make sure we have your in our system because we also send s in these situations. Just stop at the front desk and they can update your member file or verify if your is in the system. I am currently studying Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training. I played 3 years of football at Eureka College and was interning with the Eureka College Strength & Conditioning Program. Within that time, I worked with the football team, men's basketball team, and baseball team at achieving their goals. I am also working as a Rehabilitation Aide at Athletico Physical Therapy. My interest lies in strength, power, and sport specific training, but I enjoy helping all populations work towards the goal of becoming the healthiest version of themselves.
