1 2019 SPRING/SUMMER GIRLS SELECT TEAM PLACEMENT 3 rd 7 th Grade Girls Team Rosters are listed below. All participants will have until TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 26 TH AT 5PM TO ACCEPT OR DECLINE YOUR TEAM PLACEMENT. TO ACCEPT YOUR TEAM PLACEMENT You must ACCEPT@omahasportsacademy.com with your player s first and last name, specific team name and confirmation of acceptance. For example I, Jenny Hooper, accept my spot on the 7th National team. You will receive an automated response with URGENT INFORMATION, including the link to register online. Should you choose to register via hard copy, a registration form is included at the end of this roster list. The automated response will also have URGENT INFORMATION on ordering uniforms, which will need to be done by midnight THIS THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 28 TH! All players will also receive free open gym membership at OSA through September 2019, as well as a 30% discount on all summer camps. The fees below DO NOT include the uniform, for which all participants will need to order online after tryout results are posted. I am responsible for all fees by said due dates, regardless of how much my child attends or if my child quits playing mid-season. Any default payment may result in my child being dismissed from the team until my account is brought current. Any delinquent fees will be turned over to a collection agency if I fail to keep my arrangements. All payments are non-refundable. I understand that if my child played on an OSA team the previous year, it does not necessarily mean he/she will play on the same team or at the same level this year. I will not be verbally abusive, rude, disrespectful or sarcastic to players, coaches, officials, other fans, and OSA Management, or to the management of leagues and tournaments that we attend. Disregard for appropriate behavior may result in my child being dismissed from the team. Players perform better when a lot of positive cheering carries throughout the game regardless of the score or past performance. I have read and agree to all of the terms above.
