The older ones always do, they have had a lot of practice! Special thanks to Steve, Dawn and Gena for all the hard work and to Jeff (our Auctioneer), all monies raised go back to the kids.

2 Secretary's Report: Well I am beginning not to believe in fairytales, as the Under 15's did not get the ending to the season that they had hoped for. We arrived at Killara on Sunday morning early for the players and coaching staff to get the Colts Express Bus (courtesy of Scott Grady - thanks Scott) to Hammondville Oval with the only stop being to pick up bananas! Hammondville Oval had dried out somewhat since the day before and all the Colts supporters were ready with their voices and flags to cheer on our last Grand Final Team for the season. The boys came out blazing and at half time the score line was 6 all and looking good for us. The novice supporters did not realise how hard and tougher Division 1 Under 15's is and everyone appreciated the effort the boys were giving. This Bankstown Sports team have only been beaten once in two years, and that was by the Colts last year to get into the grand final first. After half time, Sports put on two quick tries and conversions and raced ahead, the score ended up 30 to 18 but the boys can be very proud of their efforts, and my thanks to the coaching staff of Joe, Steve, Dave and Paul for all the hard work you have all done over the season to make the Under 15's so competitive. So this brings us to the end of the great season for the Colts, We have one Premiership Team - Under 7 (3)'s but to the other 4 teams who made it all the way to the Grand Finals (Under 8 (3)'s, Under 9 (2)'s, Under 14 (2)'s and the Under 15 (1)'s) you have made 2010 the most successful year ever for the Colts. Our aim for next year will be to have all our teams reach the Grand Finals and just maybe we can bring home a few more premierships. Don't forget - Presentation Day is Sunday 17th October, starting at 11.00, there will be a jumping castle, horizontal bungie, an inflatable footy challenge and sausage sizzle for all to enjoy, along with trophies and gifts to be given out. Please remember that this day is for kids and because of our liquor licence, alcohol cannot be brought to the ground however it can be purchased on the day from the Clubhouse Hope to see you all then.
