The Seasonal Outdoor Ice Skating Rink will be constructed at Forney Community Park, 241 South F.M. 548 Forney, TX 75126, and will operate for 6 weeks between November 2017 and January The Ice Rink will be marketed through billboards, radio, print media, and online media for approximately 10 weeks (6 weeks of operational and 4 weeks prior) throughout the DFW area. A skater admission fee and possible sponsor and vendor fee will offset 50% of the installation, décor, marketing, and promotion costs. Three companies were contacted to provide insight and quotes for the installation and operation of a seasonal Ice Rink at Forney Community Park. Two of the three companies expressed interest in working with the City of Forney and provided the detailed quotes attached. This proposal includes construction, operation and removal of the rink. The final rink site location will be determined and finalized at a later date, based on electricity access, and your crowd control and flow requirements. The following is the information you requested. ICE LLC, will provide the following: 66 x 44 temporary ice rink Set-up and Removal General Management Staffing Payroll All equipment for ice rink will be provided Rink piping grid System (66 x 44 ) Air-cooled chiller, pumps, hoses, and all peripheral equipment Glycol (secondary refrigerant) Perimeter Modular dasher boards (room for vinyl decal sponsor graphics inside the rink area, banners outside the rink perimeter) POS Structure or Tent based on event needs and space requirements Rental ice skates 300 pairs

9 All Staffing & Management Skate change area with rubber floor covering (1000 sq. ft.) Wood-frame covering over rink header piping Professional supervision for set-up and removal General labor for set-up and removal General carpentry Tools, equipment, and supplies for set-up/removal Refrigeration technician on-call 24-hours during entire term Liability-related signage and waiver release forms PA system, Ice Stars will coordinate Cash register and supplies, including tickets Set up will begin on or after November 19th, Rink must be operational by November 24th, ICE LLC, will provide operation of the rink as follows: Rink will be open to the public daily from: November 24, 2017 through January 2nd, Hours of operation will be from: 4:00pm until 09:00 pm Noon until 10:00pm Monday thru Thursday Friday thru Sunday Client will provide: Private Ice Rental will be available Monday thru Thursday from 9:00pm to 10:00pm at $ per hour, and prior to opening times Monday thru Sundays. 3-phase, 480-volt, 300-amp continuous power source for refrigeration; 110 volt power source for skate kiosk, sound, lighting. (Client assumes and pays all electrical costs for the event.) 110 volt power connection should be provided at skate kiosk and the lighting poles Continuous water source adjacent to the rink site, including connections and meter (Client assumes and pays all water costs for the event) Coordination and payment of all permits and licenses required for installation and operation of the equipment and event, if required. Power for food concession, if any. The Total to be paid to ICE for the construction, operation, and removal of the rink is $98,990 for the operating season November 24 th 2017 through January 2 nd 2018.

10 Client will make payments to ICE LLC as follows: Total of $ 98,990 will be paid as follows: $ 39,596 (40%) upon the signing of this agreement 1 st payment $ 49,495 (50%) on November 18, nd payment $ 09,899 (10%) on December 26, rd payment To secure this proposal, an agreement between City of Forney and ICE LLC must be signed on or before August 25 th, We look forward bringing this unique, seasonal event to the community of Forney, during the holiday season.
