Introduction Legacy Sports & Events was founded in January 2013 by David Moreland (PGA Golf Professional) and Carl Windley (USPTA Tennis Professional).

Through their involvement in sport in Qatar, David and Carl realised the need for more sports related activities during the school holidays and immediately set about developing the Legacy Sports

Program Outline We have a host of activities in store for the children during the 2014 summer camps.

2 Introduction Legacy Sports & Events was founded in January 2013 by David Moreland (PGA Golf Professional) and Carl Windley (USPTA Tennis Professional). David and Carl have over 25 years combined experience in sports coaching and management, with both of them residing in Qatar for the past 13 years. Through their involvement in sport in Qatar, David and Carl realised the need for more sports related activities during the school holidays and immediately set about developing the Legacy Sports Holiday Camps. After running a very successful program during Summer 2013 the camps have continued to go from strength to strength. Program Outline We have a host of activities in store for the children during the 2014 summer camps. Children will participate in a mixture of sports and arts & crafts activities daily with no two days being the same. Our programs are specifically designed to suit different age groups combining an array of fun, educational and skill learning activities. Our experienced sports coaches and teachers will aim to make each session fun and informative and the Legacy Management Team will always be on hand to assist and ensure that safety procedures are adhered to. What s new this summer? NEW ACTIVITIES - In addition to the usual array of sports and arts & crafts we will have some guest appearances from outside providers bringing Fencing, Kick Boxing & Dance to the camps! SPORTS INFLATABLES We will be introducing some of our Sports Inflatables to add to the fun and help the kids to learn new skills NIKE SHIRTS All the kids will receive Legacy Kids Holiday Camps branded NIKE shirts.

3 Format Timings Sunday - Thursday 8.45am 1.30pm daily After camp care 1.45pm 3.30pm Children may be dropped from 8.00am and must be collected by 1.45pm Age Groups We accept children ages 4 15 yrs who are then placed into the age specific groups highlighted below: 4 yrs 5 yrs 6 yrs 7 yrs 8 yrs 9 yrs 10 yrs 12 yrs 13 yrs 15 yrs The general daily format for the children is the same but the content of the sessions is varied dependant on the age group Daily Activities 3 x 45 min Sports sessions 2 x 45 min Arts/Crafts sessions

With it s air conditioned sports hall & class rooms all situated close together, the children can rotate between sessions easily.

4 Venue & Logistics International School of London North Duhail The International School of London is situated in North Duhail close to IKEA and provides an excellent secure venue for the camps. With it s air conditioned sports hall & class rooms all situated close together, the children can rotate between sessions easily. 7 Staff Legacy Management Team David Moreland - Co-founder & GM of Legacy Sports David has been a PGA Golf Professional for 19 years (12 years in Qatar). He was the Director of Teaching at Doha Golf Club from where he established the Qatar Golf Academy before becoming Director of Golf in David formed Legacy Sports and Events in Jan 2013 with business partner Carl Windley. Carl Windley Co-founder & Operations Manager of Legacy Sports Carl is a USPTA Tennis Professional and came to Qatar in 2001 as Director of Tennis at the Doha Club. Carl is an all-round sportsman who represented his county in Tennis, Badminton, Basketball as well as playing semi-professional football. Zaki Armen Sports Coach Zaki graduated from Bond University - Australia in 2012 with a BA Honours in Sports Management. He was manager of the university football team and gained great experience in coaching and event management during that time. Additional sports coaches, sports assistants, art teachers and art assistants are employed to help run the camps. Thank you Legacy and your amazing staff for the great experience. The girls had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the activities. 8 Policies & Procedures Once you have registered your child we will send you an emergency contact form. Please return this by fax or by to Safety In case of a fire all children will be directed to the muster point until the situation is deemed safe by the Legacy Management. Fire exits will be highlighted in each venue and all children will be briefed on the fire drill procedure during the camp welcome. There will be first aid trained staff on site at all times In the event of an emergency, parents and guardians will be contacted immediately and an ambulance called if required. Payment (Please see website for 2014 summer camp rates) Early bird payment is available until June 12 th 2014 Pay by this date to guarantee your place/s and receive a 10% discount for your first child (siblings receive 10% discount at all times) Payments can be made via Paypal on our website www,legacysportsandevents.com, by bank transfer (details on the website), or by card or cash at our office (map on the website) If places are still available for any of the camps, reservations will be taken on a first come, first serve basis and the place will not be confirmed until payment has been made Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 2 weeks of in advance Full fee & deposit refunded Cancellations made between 1-2 weeks in advance Full fee minus deposit refunded Cancellations made within 1 week No refund In cases of illness during the duration of a camp, reimbursement will be considered on an individual basis by the Legacy Management
