(Cash incentive and Stash) Coordinate Rugby Activity across cluster such a playing, coaching Refereeing and volunteering working with URDO and work with University specific Game Finders. 20 x University specific Game Finders (Small Cash incentive and Stash) Be the point of contact for cluster coordinators and act as local link for each University. Find games for players who have no game that weekend. Ensure new teams play in local competitions outside of BUCs. 20 x University Specific Ambassadors (Stash) Act as a role model for Rugby and promote Rugby within your University. Club/students role? c. RFU/SRFU role? 3. Who and how do we need to involve & engage with to develop a coordinated rugby plan for the University? 4. The Rugby World Cup in England in Sept/Oct 2015 will provide a huge opportunity to profile rugby & support University sport what can we do together to use it to recruit/retain more players? 13
