31 BUDGET BREAKDOWN DC Stoddert Soccer is committed to providing a high-quality Travel Program to its players and families, while mindful of the costs associated with Travel soccer. Our philosophy is to trim costs where possible, while not sacrificing the caliber of our professional coaches and competitive program. As a non-profit 503(c) organization, our fees are based on a costrecovery model rather than on revenue generation. Moreover, our values as a club mean that we never want finances to prevent any interested player from participating, and as such each year approimately 8% of the program budget is set aside to provide financial assistance to those families where financial barriers eist. Costs to deliver the program include: Coaching salaries League & State fees Fields & equipment Tournaments Referees Player & coach development Financial assistance program Operational staff Administrative G & A DC Stoddert Soccer is appreciative of the generosity of families who contribute volunteer time as team managers, sideline referees, and in so many other ways. We are grateful to our many members who make financial donations to the club in support of player development, fields, and scholarships. As we look to keep costs down, we welcome additional support to the Club through volunteering, financial or material goods donations, or sponsoring one of our programs if you or someone you know is a business owner. Thank you in advance for your continued support to DC Stoddert Soccer. JENNIFER GOOTMAN Eecutive Director 31 STODDERT.COM
