17 Draft 2017 Texas Clean Rivers Program San Antonio River Basin Highlight Report EAC Steering Committee Members, The 2017 San Antonio River Basin Characterization Report (BCR) is designed to characterize activities within the Upper San Antonio River, Salado Creek and Upper Cibolo Creek watersheds, including segment descriptions, hydrology, land uses, maps, pictures and ongoing projects. Potential sources of impairments and concerns based on the 2014 Texas Integrated Report are identified and recommendations to improve water quality are suggested. The report is prepared by San Antonio River Authority staff in coordination with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) and in accordance with the State's guidelines. Committee members are asked to review and comment on the Draft 2017 CRP BCR. The comment table below will assist you in your review of the draft BCR. Please submit your comments to Clarissa Perez by January 15, Please note that the Draft Report has not been formatted. Once all TCEQ and EAC comments have been reviewed, the report will be adjusted accordingly, picture numbers removed (red text) and formatted to meet the TCEQ February 15, 2017 draft report deadline.
