1 2017 MONTHLY FISH BUYERS PURCHASING REPORT IMPORTANT: This report is due on or before the second Friday of the month following the reporting period. LICENSEE NAME BUYER LICENCE NUMBER REPORTING MONTH Instructions: 1. In the tables provided, record all purchases from harvesters/fishermen only. Do not report purchases from other licensed Fish Buyers. 2. Refer to your Nova Scotia Fish Buyers Licence for the species for which you are eligible to purchase and required to report. 3. For each species purchased, indicate the Average Price. If you have purchased at more than one port, you are to indicate the Average Price for your purchases at each port. 4. You are required to indicate the port(s) at which you purchased fish products. For example, if you purchased Cusk from ten different ports, you are to enter Cusk ten separate times in your report, with each entry outlining the amount and average price for your purchases at that port. 5. If your product was not purchased at a port, indicate the location of purchase. 6. If you did not purchase any product from a species group this month, indicate in the space provided. 7. Complete each of the five tables provided in this reporting document, using the below as a template.
