WELCOME If you are reading this Whitepaper, it can be assumed that you have an interest in Swing Golf, LLC ( The Company ) and the sale of its Swing Tokens (SWG). We thank you for your interest. Swing Golf has initiated the launch of an exciting business that is poised to become a powerful force for change in the Enhanced Golf Entertainment market. Our focus is to dramatically disrupt the traditional golf driving range markets with new, exciting and interconnected modern gaming venues that offer the next generation experience to golfers and gamers of all skill levels and their families. We are proud to be joining the ranks of world class companies who are bringing innovative technological solutions to the golfing sector. We will be opening a network of state of the art venues in which modern golf gaming, delicious food and beverages, and even friendly skill based gaming will all be offered. We pride ourselves on accepting our SWG tokens as currency in all of our venues, which adds utility and enhances its overall market value, knowing that the Swing Tokens will serve the needs of a fully operational and substantial business. This Whitepaper describes our core underlying business that will drive tokens sales and their value. We intend to fully integrate the blockchain into our brick and mortar offering where applicable. When SWG tokens go live, the Swing Platform will quickly have a healthy daily transactional flow. Within only a few months, the Swing Platform is expected to host an online business for the mobile and online golf gaming that will drive public awareness and branding of the Swing venues. Within 18 months, the first of many Swing venues is expected to open with annual revenues of USD $12 million per venue. In the coming 5 years, this network of venues is expected to include 29 Swing operated sites and 26 partner operated sites with a projected total 5 year Swing revenue of $647 million. In the following pages, we describe how we intend to build this global business with necessary critical mass of transactional flows created by SWG holders as members of the international Swing Community. The SWG Token Generation Event will launch in two phases: A Restricted Private Pre Sale and a Public ICO. The Private Pre Sale is restricted to accredited investors from the United States and both accredited and non accredited investors internationally. The ICO will be open to everyone, where permissible by law. We sincerely hope that you will gain a good understanding of the current problem and how the Swing solution is capitalizing on an exceptional market opportunity. We also hope you learn how you as a SWG subscriber will benefit from value drivers within the Swing ecosystem. We look forward to having you join us on our exciting journey. The Swing Golf Management Team "Today is a very proud moment for Swing Golf. Our hardworking, dedicated team of partners, employees and contractors live around the world, which has made Swing Golf and the SWG Token a truly international venture backed by wise counsel. I would like to thank those who decide to purchase Swing Tokens and, by so doing, help to launch what we believe will be a highly lucrative business that brings joy to families around the world. Both I and the entire Swing Golf team are determined to make the company a beacon of success. Tom LaPlante, CEO 3

SOLVING PROBLEMS Once we understood the problems, we envisioned a single, powerful solution and have already begun to implement and realize its popularity. The Current Problems As of Jan 1, 2018, more than 33,000 golf venues are operational in 208 of the world s 245 countries. This means 85% of all the countries in the world offer golf as a popular entertainment and are contributing to the international golf market, which is presently estimated at USD $71 billion worldwide. 74% of the world supply of courses are located in the top 10 golfing countries including: The United States, Canada, Japan, England, Australia, Germany, France, Scotland, Sweden and South Africa, and the international list is growing rapidly. Traditionally, golf has been associated with high end private clubs where players must be members to play, but in fact, 75% of today s golf courses are open to the public on a pay per play basis. Access and supply aren t the problem. Time and overwhelming demand are. Problem #1 Skill & Time Constraints While golf is very popular globally, the time required to become proficient is extensive and many people simply do not have the time, either due to their busy work schedules or pressure from home not to be gone for half a day. As a solution, golfers have started turning towards driving ranges as a lower cost, lower time and more entertaining alternative while still enjoying the game of golf. While in principal, the driving range is a viable option, they are traditionally uninteresting as they are small unattractive venues that lack a fun and exciting social environment or any ancillary services that stimulate repeat customer business and loyalty. A need exists for a next generation driving range catered towards a 1 2 hour entertainment experience. Problem #2 New Generation Joining the Game Unlike many years ago when golf was considered a sport for the retired, the average age of a golfer is now estimated to be 37 years old and there is a very active movement to involve the younger, next generation in the game. Children, however, lack the stamina for an 18 hole, 4.5 hour outing, and are more screen oriented these days than ever before. In response to the need to include children, there has been a rise in driving range attendance. In the US alone, an estimated 5 million participants play exclusively on driving ranges and short courses. Internationally, most golfers practice at the golf driving range, especially in Asia where the availability and cost of golf courses and time needed to play a round make it necessary. In 2017, it is estimated that over $5.1 billion dollars was spent hitting driving range golf balls in the US, Japan and Korea. The Driving Forces Shorter time commitments and lower cost, coupled with the need to include the next generation into a more immersive golf entertainment experience, are the primary driving forces behind the shift to make golf entertainment a more accessible activity. The Current Opportunity Despite the sizable demand and clear trends, traditional driving range owners have not yet capitalized on establishing new, modern venues that cater to the connected next generation golfers and their families seeking a 1 2 hour entertainment experience. This is where Swing Golf plays. 4

Our Solution Swing Golf is opening next generation driving ranges that allow customers to play several fun and exciting interactive games, hit golf balls at both real targets on the ground and virtual digital targets, wager on outcomes with their friends, all while enjoying delicious food and alcoholic beverages with their friends and families. The Company s inclusion of gaming technology is expected to have a dramatic effect on this youth market increasing the game s popularity with younger and tech savvy players. There are several games to choose from, making it fun for golfers of all ages and skill levels. How to Play The Swing Golf Gaming System allows a player or a group of players to select a game on a kiosk in the game bay. Depending on the game selected, different targets are designated for players to hit. Targets further away from the bay score more while targets closer to the bay score less. Players of varied skill can input their handicap and the system will adjust the game scoring to create a fun and fair competition. At the end of the game, the player with the most points wins! 5

THE GOLF ENTERTAINMENT MARKET The World at a Glance Currently the 33,000 golfing venues are spread across the world with a focus on North America and a growing trend in Asia. In the Pipeline There are presently over 200 active golf construction projects and more than 300 in advanced planning; however, the advent of new technologies is bringing a change to the time honored game. Shifting Trends As younger and more tech savvy audiences engage with golf entertainment, they are drawn to the excitement and immersive experience of augmented and virtual reality. These audiences are seeking a shorter gaming experience, in a less mobile and more comfort oriented space. As such, there has been a growing trend towards next generation driving ranges that offer hit eat drink and go experiences. This market is expected to grow to over $10 billion worldwide over the next 7 years. In the United States alone, the current market is able to support: 100 venues with 100 bays 100 venues with 60 bays 100 venues with 40 bays Casino Partnerships In addition to the traditional US venues, there are a total of 460 Native American Casinos operating in the US by 240 federally recognized tribes. Swing Golf intends to partner with these tribal casinos and build golf entertainment venues that accommodate the very popular and highly lucrative gaming services. Unparalleled Growth According to PricewaterhouseCoppers (PwC), the 2016 Media & Entertainment market, of which Augmented and Virtual Reality are the fastest growing segments, was already substantial and is being led by the following countries: United States $712 billion China $190 billion Japan $157 billion Germany $97 billion United Kingdom $96 billion France $69.3 billion According to the same report, the market is expected to expand by nearly five percent to reach just under $2 trillion in Source: Golf Around the World 2017, RandA.org Source: PwC Entertainment & Media Outlook 6

THE EXPERIENCE Strong Examples Some of the most successful companies in the world have become so because of their attention to the overall experience of their customers. Toyota was the first company to use the words customer services back in 1946 and captured feedback to create a continuous improvement cycle of their product. Many experts attribute their success to this decision. Another strong example is Starbuck, who do not, by popular thought, sell coffee. Rather, they sell the Starbucks Experience, which begins from the moment you enter a store, to what you hear (music) to what you smell (coffee and sweets) to how you receive your beverage and even the exit when you carry your drink in a comfortable container. It is this attention to the overall experience details that has led to its success. The Swing Promise Swing Golf is dedicated to precisely the same principles and attention to detail. We focus on all aspects of the Swing Experience including the moment a customer parks their car in our parking lot, to the greeting they receive at the door, to the entertainment provided while waiting for a bay to become available, to the quality of the games, the quality of the food and beverages, the smiles and friendliness of the wait staff, the speed and ease of in bay payment, the thank you as they leave and even a quick thank you text message they receive in the car on the way home. We are committed to end to end excellent for all our customers, regardless of age or skill. Think Apple Store meets Nightclub. State of the Art Venues Traditionally, entertainment venues look like sports bars, bowling alleys and batting cages. These have become the standard for most driving ranges as well. Swing Golf is dramatically changing this paradigm with the introduction of state of the art venues that are closer to Apple stores in design than any current driving ranges. The beauty and expansiveness of these venues, coupled with our commitment to providing delicious food and refreshing beverages, will create the true next level of modern golf entertainment. 7

THE COMMUNITY Swing Golf will build and steadily grow a community centered on family oriented enhanced golfing entertainment. The company s customers are drawn from three sizable industries: The Golfing Industry, the Gaming Industry and the Sports Entertainment Industry. Golfing Members With the sport of golf experiencing the significant growth and the demand exceeding the supply of local courses and ranges, Swing s community will naturally include the golfers seeking the time and cost alternatives to the 18 hole solutions. Given the lower average age of the typically golfer today (37 now instead of 65+), we expect these young fathers and mothers to bring their kids for the experience and draw the next generation into the sport. The average gamer is 37 years old, which is same as the average golf player, making targeting them simpler. And not surprisingly, gamers want interconnectivity. 65% of gamers play games with other video gamers in person. 57% believe games encourage their family to spend time together and 54% believe that video game play helps their children connect with their friends. The Swing gamer community is easily located in geographic markets and the Company is confident in its ability to market to both the golfing and gaming communities, given the natural synergies, patterns of social networking and other commonalities between both audiences. Sports Entertainment Members Gamers Members Targeting the gaming sector will very quickly provide the Swing Platform with both committed users and early revenues as the venues are under construction. These gamers will not only be offered the online and mobile applications but can also readily convert into real world visitors to the Swing venues that offer tokenized gaming. Today, gaming is a $70 billion industry and continued steady growth is expected. Online games are estimated to make up $18 billion of this. Golf entered the online gaming market nearly a decade ago, but the technology and social aspects of the online golf gaming have only recently become popular. The third industry sector Swing Golf intersects is the Sports Entertainment Market. This is made up of bowling, game of darts and other social games. The bowling market, especially within the United States, carries remarkable similarities to the Swing target market. According to a recent national survey, bowling now is the largest indoor participation sport in America with over 71 million participants who bowl at least once every year, and about 3 million of those actively participate in league play. Over 10 million consumers classify themselves as frequent bowlers, those who bowl 12 or more times a year, a notable base of loyal customers. The 10 million frequent bowlers are serviced by approximately 900 family entertainment venues in the United States, a ratio of nearly 13,000 players to 1 venue. 8

Sports Entertainment Members (continued) Swing Golf s goal is to become a leading network of Golf Oriented Family Entertainment Centers. By improving their venues, launching aggressive marketing programs and adding complementary activities, most bowling centers have redefined themselves as neighborhood family entertainment centers, which has made them more effective competitors for their customers entertainment dollars and scarce spare time. Swing Golf is actively positioning itself to compete with the largest Sports Entertainment Venues while intersecting the sizable and rapidly growing markets of golf and gaming. Given the similarities in market size, demographics, women and youth participation and average income between the Sports Entertainment Market and the Swing Community, the Company is confident in its ability to effectively attract customers from this market segment. Swing Golf intends to offer an alternative, highquality and affordable sports entertainment experience both in the United States and around the world through a network of partners and joint ventures. Our Goal 9

THE PLATFORM Our Commitment Swing Golf, LLC, established in 2017 and registered in the State of Wyoming, will develop the Swing Platform and promote its real world golf entertainment venues. The company is committed to the highest standard of service excellence, corporate operations and governance, fair and equal hiring practices, transparency to its members and bringing positive economic development to the neighborhoods in which it operates. Site Selection The market potential for Swing Golf in any geographic region is calculated by using a combination of specific data gathered from local census bureaus, national golf foundations and registries, and syndicated market research firms. In addition, the company intends to enter into joint ventures with international partners to launch a total of 26 venues through a revenue share and licensing fee arrangement. Based on this rollout schedule, the Company projects revenues of USD $647 million over its first 5 years and an EBITA of $260 million or approximately 40%. The Flagship Venues Swing Golf has already executed two LOI s to build its first 2 60 bay venues. The first is Phase 1 of a 119 acre master plan development in a mid sized market location in the south west that is due to break ground in Summer of The second secured location is part of a master development with direct freeway access. Public announcements will be made after groundbreaking. Steady Growth The Swing Platform will grow steadily within an international ecosystem and the Swing Community of golfers, gamers and SWG holders is expected to grow exponentially over the next 5 years. 11

The SWG Token and Token Generation Event smart contracts will also be reviewed and independently audited by Zeppelin. This review will include the smart contracts and the application code. If any issues are found, Zeppelin will provide recommendations to resolve them and increase security. Their analysis ensures the contract reflects state of the art security patterns. Once the Zeppelin audit is complete and approved, the SWG Token smart contract will be uploaded to Etherscan and verified. 17

Ensuring Compliance To ensure compliance and regulation in the countries in which we offer SWG Tokens, and to protect all SWG holders, we will be collecting Know Your Customer (KYC) data as well as conducting Anti Money Laundering (AML) on anyone that will be issued SWG tokens. Registration & Whitelisting Our Token Generation Event requires all users to pass KYC (Know Your Customer) due diligence, which ensures regional compliance. Our registration only requires very basic details which we will review. Once approved, your BitCoin, Ethereum & XEM contribution address will be Whitelisted through the Dashboard and your address will be permitted to make contributions during the Token Generation Event. If any issues arise with your registration, we will communicate with you to ensure corrections are made. Whitelist Registration is now open! Why Contribute? The number of SWG is limited via smart contract to 616,000,000 and no further tokens can be created due to the strict rules of smart contracts. Once the Swing platform and network is complete, venues built, and integrates SWG, the demand for the tokens is expected to increase significantly, as Swing venues require SWG for skill based gaming, betting and purchasing. Bonus rates are offered during the early stages of the Token Generation Event. This means that participating during the Token Generation Event, the contributor will receive the base rate of USD $.25 = 1 SWG plus the current bonus in effect. Bounty & Airdrop Campaigns As is customary to offset initial costs, Swing will offer a bounty & airdrop campaigns that rewards its marketing partners and participants with SWG Tokens for their TGE promotional efforts. In total, we expect this to represent 1.5% of the total SWG Tokens. Referral Program Our Token Generation Event will offer a Referralbased program. Users that pass KYC will see a unique Referrer URL within the dashboard. For every participant that completes KYC and contributes through the referrer URL, the referrer will receive a total of 5% of all SWG purchased. The following is an example of how the Swing Referral Program will operate: Mr. Smith registers his contact information with Swing Golf on its website: Mr. Smith s joins the Dashboard and completes KYC. Mr. Smith receives his Referrer URL via and can also retrieve it by logging in to the Dashboard. Mr. Smith posts his unique URL on his social media accounts for all his network to see. Mr. Smith s friend Ms. Robertson clicks on his URL and registers with Swing. Swing approves Ms. Robertson s details and he completes KYC. Ms. Robertson makes a contribution of $100,000 during the first 2 weeks of the ICO. Ms. Robertson receives 440,000 SWG (400,000 + the 10% bonus). Mr. Smith receives 20,000 SWG Tokens (5% of the $100,000 that Ms. Robertson purchased). To prevent token dumping, all referrer tokens are released in 6 equal phases over 6 months starting from the close date of the Token Generation Event. Exchanges We will begin to negotiate with exchange partners for Swing within 2 weeks of the closing of the TGE (Token Generation Event), which means that SWG tokens could be listed just weeks after the Token Generation Event ends. We will begin the process of listing immediately after the Token Generation Event on decentralized exchanges as well. 18

USE OF PROCEEDS Prudent use of Token Generation Event proceeds is key for sound development of the business, safeguarding the future for stakeholders. Use of Proceeds The company s full roll out plan includes the following investments and expenses: Overview The Company will be creating 616 million SWG tokens of which 65% or $100.1 million will be made available for Public ICO. The remaining 35% will be held for internal and used in part to compensate early adopters with bonuses, compensate marketing partners affiliates with bounties and airdrops driving the value of the SWG tokens up while preserving capital in the process. Based on assumptions that the Token Generation Event of 400 million SWG is fully sold out, Swing Golf, LLC anticipates receiving approximately USD $100 million in proceeds from the sale of a total of 400 million SWG valued at $.25 per 1 SWG. The amount expected to be received is enough for Swing Golf to start its main operations and venue construction immediately. It is our intention to show our supporters and the community that the business is indeed lucrative. 19

TIMING A steady and conservative operational rollout lays a solid foundation on which Swing Golf can build a successful international brand and community. Our Short Game The company anticipates a 3 to 6 month period from the launch of its Token Generation Event until the groundbreaking of its flagship venue, whose doors are expected to open for business within 18 months of the TGE. Within the first two years, the company anticipates having broken ground on nine venues. Our Long Drive In the first five years, the company fully expects to have built the first 29 venues that it will own and operate independently, as well as an additional 26 venues owned and operated by joint venture partners worldwide. The brand SWING is expected to be recognizable within the golfing and gaming industries in North America, Europe, Middle East, and Asia and synonymous with world class golf entertainment. 20

SWING FUNDS Clear corporate governance and strict fiduciary responsibility is the backbone to any corporate success. Working Capital Funds reserved as working capital will be initially kept in a professionally managed portfolio of cash, SWG and other major cryptocurrencies, and will be prudently used to support Swing s long term business goals. Below are some possible strategic uses for the funds. General Business Development Monies from the Swing Reserve Fund will be accessible to support general business development and unplanned opportunities for growth. Regular and Transparent Communication Swing Golf is committed to open, regular and transparent communication. The Company will provide quarterly updates and access to construction cameras, so the Swing Community worldwide can enjoy the build up to each Swing venue launch. Swing Flagship The Swing flagship venues will attract many new participants into the Swing Community and will launch the promotion of our brand internationally. Part of the working capital might be loaned to the project to cover any unexpected shortfall or change in long term funding structures and may fund the ongoing expenses for set up and early stage operations. Safeguarding Resources Ringfencing funding in separate cells, each with its own governance and usage rules aids prudent and sound financial control. Swing believes strongly that responsible companies should consider the social impact of their business and ensure that they invest back into the communities that help drive their business. Our commitment to local economic development will be determined site by site, based upon the local needs and initiatives underway. Multi Signature Wallets The purpose of our Multi sig wallets is to increase security by requiring multiple trusted parties to agree on transactions before execution. Transactions can be executed only when confirmed by a predefined number of owners. All funds raised will be held in the Swing Multi Sig wallets. This will include: Two main Swing signatory holders Co Founder A Co Founder B Two independent signatories Advisor Attorney / Accountant The conditions are as follows: Any one main signatory holder will be able to withdraw only up to $50K/day For more than $50k withdrawals, two main signatories are required, or one main holder and two independent signatories are required Independent key holders cannot withdraw any funds The above ensures an added layer of security for the funds held by the Swing team. 21

SAFEGAURDS The Founders and Management of Swing Golf are acutely aware of typical market dynamics and token holder sensitivity in the weeks and months following any public token offering. There are numerous examples of offerings where holders of newly acquired tokens have suffered fall back in market pricing following a Token Generation Event for a variety of reasons. One factor is holders of heavily discounted tokens choosing to take quick profits. As a safeguarding measure, the SWG Token Generation Event Smart Contract will be created in a manner that prevents rapid sell offs from early investors with large bonuses. Historically, tokens that offer large bonuses, especially during the Private Pre Sale, have 30% drops or more during the first few days of exchange listing. Our unique Token Generation Event Smart Contract releases all bonuses in phases once the Token Generation Event is complete to maximize the stability of the price once SWG hits the exchange. Swing has also ensured strict minimum and maximum contributions. While the market s attitude and reaction to the launch of SWG is beyond our control, sensible measures have been included in the Token Generation Event structure to help shield token holders from early price slippage. We anticipate that these measures, combined with the early commencement of business through the Swing online and mobile gaming, will go a long way towards bolstering market sentiment and supporting pressure for upward price movement. Swing Golf s management is fully committed to delivering value, especially over the long term, to all members of the Swing Community through solid and strategic development of the underlying business. As a sign of that commitment, a practical mechanism has been put in place by way of sale restrictions for SWG holders who acquire SWG outside the Public ICO. 22

VALUE DRIVERS For a Token to succeed long term, a strong and responsible strategy must be implemented to consistently deliver and drive value. At the core of Swing Golf is a business model that is anchored in brick and mortar venues offering next generation golfing experiences and entertainment. As the company continues to grow and expand, the Swing Golf venues will help drive demand value for the SWG Token and an overall positive market sentiment. As with any Token community, members participate for a number of reasons and for a range of benefits, both tangible and intangible. Savvy Investors With the buzz already starting that SWG is positioned to become the Bitcoin of Golf, some of our members will purchase SWG Tokens with a buy and holding strategy. Internationally, golf caters to wealthy communities and businessmen, which makes for an active and affluent community who can buy, hold and benefit from the appreciation in value. Entertainment Lovers Some of our members are already hooked on entertainment venues and will purchase SWG Tokens with an intention of visiting a Swing golf entertainment venue in the near future. They will be attracted by the use of SWG as currency in our skill based gaming venues as well as online mobile, desktop & virtual competitions and events. For the Love of Golf Some of our members will just be golf enthusiasts and will simply want to be a part of the newest trend in the golfing industry: an entertainment venue offering delicious food and drinks, skill based game betting, and finally, a dedicated cryptocurrency that can create, hold and drive value as an investment. We are mindful of this broad spectrum of differing value drivers for members of the Swing Community. To address this diversity, our business model and our Token Generation event has several ways we will reward our members for their loyalty and participation. Bonus Rewards for Early Adopters Swing Golf will be offering attractive bonuses to its early adopters and participants. For those members participating in the first weeks of the Private Pre Sale and ICO, they will receive a bonus of additional tokens free of charge. Availability of SWG Tokens To protect and preserve the value of the SWG Tokens, the Company has implemented a lock up for certain categories of SWG holders. This will impact the supply of SWG until all lock ups expire, which is intended to enhance the stability and steady growth of the SWG value. Token Buy Back Swing Golf on occasion and on also upon need buy back public available tokens at fair market price to reduce the supply and increase the demand of the token or to use as tokens for internal usage such as for game rewards and large events. Swing By and Say Hello As an incentive to holding SWG, any holder of the SWG Token is immediately escorted to the front of the line at any of our venues and offered a complimentary beverage. Additional discounts and program benefits will be offered for on site services. In short, we want you to Swing By when you can for an official visit. 23

SWING LAUNCH Professional execution and attention to detail are the primary key to any successful launch. The first Swing Golf venue is set to be a transformative hospitality concept boasting 60 enhanced technology golfing bays, 6 luxury executive suites, high velocity and high quality restaurant and ample car parking.
