ELINO BILOU - Beginning to make good on his promise with four wins from his last six starts. Scored with ease here last month and expected to repeat 5. EXCELSIOR - Exceptional since embarking on his new career. Lebourgeois has maintained faith. First time unshod

2 6. EL DIABLO D'AUT - Smart performer under harness and should be hugely respected on second start under the saddle 7. ESPOIR ANVALOU - Well-regarded but complicated colt. Drop in class unlikely to prove sufficient to turn things round Summary (4) ELINO BILOU is in a rich vein of form at the moment winning four of his last six races. He was an impressive winner here over 2700m last month and the shorter trip should not be a problem today. (5) EXCELSIOR is unshod on all four for the first time today and must be respected. 3 Race 2 1. THIS IS IT - Delicate but still a mare with ability and could get a look in if she can maintain stride 2. BODEGA CHENEVIERE - Gave a surprisingly good account in a Class D over longer here one month ago. Best to forget last run and can make amends 3. BASIC - Very consistent Swedish sort that is proven under these conditions. Stays shod this time but still looks a player 4. BAMBOLINA - Impressive in her last two under the saddle but likely to struggle back under harness in a contest of this caliber 5. BILFIE DE GUEZ - Fine mare that seldom disappoints when barefoot. Fully shod today and best to pass over 6. BELLA DU VIVIER - Late developer that has morphed into a tough mare. Good last effort here and should be respected 7. OLYMPIA GOLD - Poor recent form in Scandinavia and unlikely to shake things up on debut on french soil 8. BRIHANA - Got back in the game last time out when third over 2700m here and should confirm 9. BALINE DE LA FYE - Acquits herself well for the most part on both codes but well beaten in last two and must reaffirm 10. ANNABELLE DIMANCHE - Not disgraced on first run on french soil one month ago. Franck Nivard gets the call. Should show progress 11. BLACK RAIN - Has a poor record at Vincennes and can be ruled out without hesitation 12. EVASION BOKO - No slouch but blows hot and cold. Disappointed at Angers last time and needs to show significant progress Summary Although disqualified here last time out (3) BASIC won a Quinte race at Enghien before that in October. A repeat of that performance today could well be good enough to record her twelfth career success. (1) THIS IS IT is well capable on her day and cannot be ruled out if at her best. 5 Race 3 1. ZOKO LANE - Has shown good recent form in Scandinavia and must be respected on debut at Vincennes 2. TOOHOTFORYOU - Smart horse in Scandinavia but disqualified on both starts at Vincennes this term 3. CAPRAIO - Versatile trotter that is somewhat behind in earnings and in spite of his recent disqualification should be good enough to finish in the mix 4. DERBY DE SOUVIGNE - Not the most reliable but consistently gives his best. Found wanting last time though and will need to raise his game 5. DIRECT WAY - Delicate but has talent in spades. Runner-up to a smart horse last time and will find this much easier 6. CHARMEUSE ROYALE - Good class of horse that has nothing to prove under these conditions. Imposed in style last twice and can make it three 7. ZAHARA GOJ - Respectable Swedish filly who finished down the field on debut on french soil. Has a lot to prove 8. CASH MAKER - Good class of horse that excels when unshod all four. On a hat-trick and looks a big danger 9. AXEL - Has considerable class but sanctioned in three of last five. Goes barefoot again 10. UBIMAJOR BI - Respectable colt that can hold his own. Will come on from last run and can pop-in 11. CARESSE - Useful filly in Sweden but faces a tough assignment off second row and others can be preferred 12. TELLMEASTORY - Scandinavian import who is associated with trainer Bjorn Goop so looks his best chance of his two candidates Summary (5) DIRECT WAY came up against a good one when runner up behind Mindyourvalue in a Quinte race here last time out. This is a weaker race and he is the selection to record his ninth career success. (8) CASH MAKER is in great form at the moment and must be respected going for three in a row. 7 Race 4 1. ELITESNABE - Runner-up three times in the summer. Disqualified twice and unplaced once since resuming after a three-month break 2. EVEN STREET - Flopped on Vincennes debut after a fine streak in the provinces but showed some progress last time so could surprise 3. ERELE DU MESNILDOT - Well held on both starts back but all shoes come off today so likely to be fit 4. ESTRELLA JYL - Obliged at Reims latest to move score on to three wins from four races but subsequently flopped on debut at this course. Can be given another chance 5. EVA DES CHARMES - Impressed last time out here over 2200m. Expected to make it three while trying the autostart 6. EUREKA D'ERONVILLE - Off the mark at Le Mans last month and steps up in grade with claims 7. ELOISE DES CHARMES - Has demonstrated very good consistency lately. Finished a good third over course and distance last time and can play an important role 8. ELSA RUSH - Has demonstrated plenty of promises in the provinces and should be respected on Vincennes debut 9. ELSA DES CHARENTES - Won two from her last three starts in the provinces and has a respectable chance on first bid at Vincennes 10. ETINCELLE SUN - Has done nothing noteworthy since winning a class E at Marseille last July. Look elsewhere 11. EASY DE BEAULIEU - Good last two runs including latest here over 2200m and must be respected 12. ETINCELLE MYSTIC - Ran well in defeat when second to (5) EVA DES CHARMES on 22 December. Improving and has to be considered 13. EVA D'ARCY - In the frame in two of twelve. Entrusted to a competent driver here but still not an obvious choice 14. EPONA DE L'AUNAY - Has shown significant progress on second run back from a six-month break and must have more to offer 15. ENCHILADA FACE - Decent filly that has done everything asked of her to date. Unshod behind for the first time. Poor draw 16. ENIGME - Blows hot and cold and will need to be at her best to feature in a race like this

8 Summary After a promising debut at Les Sables in August (5) EVA DES CHARMES has won at Moulins and then an impressive win here last month. She is progressing nicely and is the selection to make it three in a row today. (7) ELOISE DES CHARMES went well when third here last time out and can be in the mix again today. (3) ERELE DU MESNILDOT and (8) ELSA RUSH are two more to consider. (4) ESTRELLA JYL is next best. 9 Race 5 1. BACCHUS - Very rewarding since his summer return. Good second at Saint- Brieuc but disappointed on first run here 2. BASIC INSTINCT - Very useful dual-purpose trotter but in lesser division and may have his work cut out here 3. BILL BONNETIERE - Has been in fine form since October and expected to give a good account once again 4. BON GRAIN TIVOLI - Blows hot and cold. In contention for success when disqualified in the race of reference 5. BELLE DU MATIN - Regularly in the thick of things and although has little experience at this course should be considered 6. BIANCA THEPOL - Has had only two races since back in action after a long absence. Unlikely to trouble the judge 7. BIONESS - Respectable trotter but has raced just twice since May and will need another outing 8. ALPHA D'URZY - Returns from an eight months absence and cannot be worth any consideration 9. BACCHUS D'ELA - Fine trotter when he is in the mood. Races unshod here and could be the surprise package 10. BIR HAKEIM - Respectable trotter but has little room for maneuver in this division. Should give an honourable account though 11. ANGEL DARK - Hasn't been seen in the frame since winning at Le Mans in July last year. Fully shod and best to watch 12. BON JENILOU - Seldom lets the side down when he can keep his action together. Pleased over a similar trip at Meslay end of December and looks a player 13. BOHEME DU JUILLE - Moderate sort that has failed to make the frame since late spring and must raise her game 14. BOB DE PEBRISY - Showed better intentions in last run here after a long dry spell. Could grab a small cheque 15. BALZAC DE SOUVIGNE - Delicate sort that has struggled with stride issues of late. All shoes come off though and can pop-in 16. AS BLUE - Should come on from last run but connections are not so confident so best to watch 17. BABYLONE SEVEN - Back on top of his game in last two starts and expected to run a big race once again

10 Summary (17) BABYLONE SEVEN returned to winning ways in a Quinte race here just ten days ago. It was only her third start back after a thirteen month break. Unshod on all four again today she gets the vote to make it two Quinte wins in a row. The consistent (12) BON JENILOU rarely puts in a poor performance and is likely to be in the mix again today. (4) BON GRAIN TIVOLI and (3) BILL BONNETIERE are both well capable on their day and should not be discounted. (9) BACCHUS D'ELA is next best. BALI DU POUET DOUX - Has shown improvement in last start here and should be respected on the back of this effort 3. BENJAMINE GEDE - Much improved last run here over 2700m and cannot be excluded of the equation 4. BELLE KATIE - Boasts a good record in the specialty and is confirmed under these conditions. Can feature 5. BARACK - Regularly in the thick of things and is proven under these conditions. Must be shortlisted 6. BOLERO DU LEVANT - Has been flying high since November. Won well over course and distance last time and expected to follow up 7. BELTIS D'OCCAGNES - Surprise but convincing winner over the short course early December and ran well in defeat on subsequent start over the outer course 8. BAD BOY TERRIE - Hasn't won a race since July 2016 and hard to see him change this figure today 9. BARON DU BOURG - Made it back to the winners enclosure at Chartres latest. Was impressive on this occasion and enters the equation 10. BANCO DE L'ITON - Moderate sort that has not been the most productive at this level and will struggle to win 11. BALL TRAP - Can prove tricky but otherwise very rewarding under the saddle. All shoes come off today and should be hugely respected 12. BAMBINO DU PRE - Handy dual-purpose sort that goes barefoot again but still not a priority Summary After being placed in his previous three starts (6) BOLERO DU LEVANT won with a bit in hand over course and distance here just six days ago. He can continue on his winning ways today.(11) BALL TRAP can be a little tricky at times but is unshod on all four today and cannot be ruled out. (5) BARACK and (9) BARON DU BOURG can make the frame. 13 Race 7 1. CALINO SAUTREUIL - Got the year off to a good start but has since lost his way and not a realistic proposition 2. CADRY - Picked up three races mid-year but has been struggling recently. Can upset 3. CLOVIS DES VAUDES - Form is fair but there just isn't any room for error in a race like this 4. CEKOI - Has had only one race since August but Franck Nivard in the reins is worth noting 5. COUP FRANC - Delicate but has won five of his last eight races and should confirm on debut at Vincennes 6. CARTHAGO D'ELA - Flying high since back in action last November and can make it three in a row 7. CRAZY CRISCANI - Has looked very ordinary for much of the season but surprised last time and can pop-in again 8. CLYDE DES YOLAIS - Very useful in te Province. Has run well over course and distance before and cannot be excluded of the equation 9. CENTAURE GEDE - Handy dual-purpose type but just recently made his comeback after a long layoff and will have nothing to offer 10. CABALLO D'AURE - Hardy trotter with three races under his belt this term but stays shod and a minor place chance at best 11. COCAAN DE GUEGUE - Blows hot and cold but reassured here earlier in the month and looks capable of grabbing a place 12. CUBA LIBRE - Never finishes far from the action and should be in the mix once again 13. C'EST RIEN BIEN - Faithful for the most part but in better company here and will need to be at his best 14. CALVA NORMAND - Made good progress on his third start back and should be considered as a sound place prospect 15. CAID DE CAPONET - Very competitive when running barefoot and should acquit himself well once again 16. CLIFFHANGER - Got back to winning ways on the short course early December. Faces a stiffer test this time but one to watch all the same 17. CAID DORE - Enjoyed a productive autumn before losing his way. Hind shoes come off and should not be underrated 18. CONCERTO COINTERIE - Rarely disappoints when he can keep his action

Won three of his last six and should generate some interest Summary After a five month break (6) CARTHAGO D'ELA has returned to action in top form winning at both Graignes in November and Cabourg last month. He can make it three in a row here today. (5) COUP FRANC is also in great form winning four of his last five and is a big danger to the selection. (17) CAID DORE and (18) CONCERTO COINTERIE are two more for the short list. (12) CUBA LIBRE is next best. 15 Race 8 1. DEMOCRAT RENKA - Never won a race from 25 starts under harness. Hard to see him trouble the judge 2. DARIUS DU LOCHEUR - Still a maiden from twelve and latest efforts insufficient to warrant much support 3. DIAMANT DE MALAC - Has been struggling since back in action last August and unlikely to attract much support on debut in this discipline 4. DJANGO DU JAGUY - 46 starts without winning a race and is really struggling lately. Others are preferred 5. DIVIN - Disappointed on debut in this code last month but should show a much better this time round 6. DYNAMIQUE STYLE - Made promising debut in this discipline here on 5 December but subsequently disappointed in a similar event 7. DESIR BAY - Handy sort for the most part and should not be far off the mark this time either 8. DESIR D'ARIANE - In contention for podium when disqualified in the final stages last time here. Second run under the saddle today 9. DIADEME DU CEBE - Third passed the post before subsequent disqualification here last time. Should be respected on switch-back to ridden racing 10. DECI DELA - Has looked very modest since winning at Cabourg mid-october and can be ruled out 11. DOMINO THIEBEN - Confirmed in this category and over this distance and has to be accounted for 12. DJANGO LEMAN - Disappointed on first run at Vincennes under harness last time. Watch betting on debut in this new discipline 13. DANDY DU ROSAY - Respectable when behaved but no great fan of Vincennes and chances limited Summary (9) DIADEME DU CEBE finished third here six days ago but was subsequently disqualified. Having only his second start in ridden racing today and unshod on all four he is a hopeful choice. (8) DESIR D'ARIANE has a similar enough profile to the selection and cannot be ruled out on his return to this discipline. (11) DOMINO THIEBEN and (5) DIVIN can make the frame.

Can confidently be passed over 4. VENUS DU ROSAY - Has been in modest form recently but entrusted to a very competent amateur and can surprise 5. VIVAL THIERIC - Useful when applied and rarely let the side down when barefoot. Can be in the mix 6. VIXEL - As good as ever. Good draw behind the car-start and looks a sound winning prospect 7. BATTAMBANG - Hardy sort in the amateur division. Currently in good shape and should go close 8. ARIANE DU NIL - Surprise third in a tough event over longer here mid- December and although racing shod this time will have her supporters 9. ALPHA JET DU CAIEU - Got back in the game at Argentan early last month. Solid effort over course and distance latest in a tougher race 10. BOTTARUS - Consistent sort in this class of event and should be respected despite his poor draw 11. A NICE COOL - Has raced only once since late September and unlikely to shake things up 12. VAGUE BLEUE - Surprised when runner-up in an amateur contest at Meslay last time. Unlikely to reproduce such feat 13. VICTORIOUS LOVE - Poor draw and modest recent form so best to be passed over 14. ANNA GALBE - Has never made an impact in twelve runs behind the carstart and unlikely to change this figure Summary A creditable second here behind Bleu Ciel nine days ago (7) BATTAMBANG is more than capable at this level. He gets on well with Charlotte Tessier and can make it career win number nine today. (9) ALPHA JET DU CAIEU was a decent third here nine days ago and is not without a chance today. Respected 3. DITES MOI - Needs to improve from her debut effort when unplaced at Deauville last month 4. SOUL TRAOU LAND - Mostly modest form in claiming races to date. Needs improvement to win here 5. RAVIXEN - Has not run since September 10th when third in a maiden at Mont- De-Marsan. Has a chance 6. VITABELLA - Record of steady improvement in four starts before disappointing last time out. Can be in the mix 7. ILHONA - By Maiguri and is the third foal to run out of a dam that has yet to produce a winner Summary Although a little disappointing at Toulouse last time out in October (6) VITABELLA had shown some promise before that. She is a half sister to a couple of winners on the fibresand and can break her maiden tag here today. (2) BELLA LIBERTA ran well on her debut here this month and is not without a chance. HURRY - Won a handicap at La Teste Buch in June but needs to improve from latest start here 5. PRETTY STRANGE - A decent third in a handicap here last time out and on a fair mark at the moment 6. HADDEYA - Recorded a career best effort when runner-up in a claimer at Dax last September but three poor runs since 7. ZING - Won one from thirty thus far but has been a runner up in two claiming races last month Summary A winner on her debut here in December 2016 (1) JEANNAJONH has to give weight all around today. She has had a few months off but if at her best should be good enough to record her third career success. ENZO D'AIRY - Fifth of six on his debut at Pornichet last month. More required today 5. EMIR SACREE - By Network and will be the first foal to race out of an unraced dam 6. EMINO - Has not run since July 30th when unplaced in a maiden at Royan. Hard to recommend 7. EGO DES MOTTES - Ran well when third in his penultimate start at Le Mans. Tough test today 8. EN OR ET ARGENT - Has shown some promise in a couple of his career starts to date. Place prospects 9. EMAGOUL - Unplaced in both of his career starts to date and needs to improve on hurdle debut 10. EFFET SPECIAL - Unplaced on his debut at Lion-D'Angers in August and likely to find a few too good here 11. ELECTRON BLEU - Third of four behind Ediboum here last month. Could run in to a place today 12. ESSAI CONCLUANT - Fifth behind Enee on his debut at Sable/Sarthe in September. Tough test here 13. ECLAT COLLONGES - By Anzillero and is the fifth foal to run out of a dam that has yet to produce a winner 14. EXCEL QUIZ TAUEL - Won his first two career starts and two decent efforts since then. One for the short list today Summary The Cherel trained (14) EXCEL QUIZ TAUEL was the best of these on the flat winning two of his four career starts. A half brother to a winner over fences he is the selection to make a winning debut over hurdles. His stablemate (2) EURASIEN made a promising debut at Cholet in October and looks the main danger. (1) EDIBOUM and (11) ELECTRON BLEU can make the frame.

POLIPA - Excellent strike rate wth eleven from thirty seven and rarely if ever runs a bad one 3. MALI BORGIA - Very classy eight time winner in his day and can play a part once more for a place at least 4. PAULOUGAS - High class six time winner including at Grade Two and Listed level at Compiegne in October. Respected 5. ZEAUDIAK - Has won two chases this year including one over 4000m here in February. Tough test today 6. TIESTO D'AUTHIE - Won Listed chases at Angers and Bordeaux in November but this a stiffer test here 7. SPEED FIRE - Won a decent chase here last month but faces better opposition today. Place prospects 8. COBRA DE LARRE - Triple winner from seventeen runs but a bit to find with some of these today. Place prospects 9. KATHOA - Pulled up in a chase here last month. Needs to improve from that to feature today 10. VALTOR - A Group Three chase winner at Auteuil in October Needs to improve on recent form 11. CANDALINE - Third behind Speed Fire in a chase here last month. Might find a few too good today Summary The winner of this race last year (4) PAULOUGAS was in top form at Compiegne in October winning a Grade Two and Listed chase. He will have been well prepared for this and is the selection to defend his crown today. (1) FORTHING is high class on his day and cannot be discounted. PROTEKBLUE - Runner up in a claiming hurdle here last time out but needs to improve on latest chase form 5.
