CYBER DE SOUVIGNE - Has nothing to show for his efforts under harness since March 2015 and is not about to break the mould 2. CAB CALLOWAY - Useful type at a lower level. More effective on turf and no threat 3. CAFU BOKO - Highly consistent trotter that recently returned to competition. Second start back and expected to show more 4. CASPER BASS - Blows hot and cold but better racing clockwise and not a priority 5. CEDRE DES VAUCHAUX - Seldom wins but regularly in the mix and on current form looks a respectable first-five chance

2 6. CHILI DAIRPET - Undeniably capable but has been struggling with stride problems and others preferred 7. CACTUS D'YVEL - Tough individual that is confirmed at a better level. Should be at peak fitness following the layoff and going barefoot can only enhance his chances 8. CYRUS DE CAYOLA - Got back in the game at Graignes with Thomain in the sulky. Same formula here and one to note 9. CALL ME LOVE - Has shown a lot more going left-handed of late and should not be entirely overlooked 10. CAPITAL MAJYC - Faithful servant that seldom lets the side down. Goes barefoot for the first time and with Bazire in the sulky can impose 11. CARUSO GABINLEA - Gives a good account for the most part and should be able to finish in the money 12. CRAKO JOSSELYN - Moderate sort that has looked very ordinary of late and can be passed over 13. CLEAR SKY - Can prove tricky but otherwise in solid shape. Not to be hastily judged for recent blip and can be backed with confidence this time The consistently productive (10) CAPITAL MAJYC recently put on a good show here - this time he goes barefoot and with Bazire in charge can have his way. After a long layoff (7) CACTUS D'YVEL should be at peak fitness and with shoes off for the occasion appears to have a good hand to play. (13) CLEAR SKY occasionally shows a lack of discipline but his form is not in doubt and with application can make the frame. (11) CARUSO GABINLEA gave a good account last time over course and distance and will also generate some interest. (10) CAPITAL MAJYC - (7) CACTUS D'YVEL - (13) CLEAR SKY - (11) CARUSO GABINLEA

3 Race 2 1. BOCA ECUS - Highly consistent mare making just her second start at Vincennes. Occasionally shows a lack of discipline but on good behaviour should not be far off the mark 2. BOHEME DU JUILLE - Has finished in the frame just once this year but back with Anthony Barrier in the sulky and will be one to note 3. BORCINA DE VIETTE - Has hardly set a foot wrong for the past seven months. Good third last time over course and distance and expected to give another competitive account 4. BONNE AVENTURE - Went through a productive run early autumn but disappointing in last four and chances limited 5. BEA ECUS - Has pleased for the most part this year but went into her spell on a low note. Encouraged on return but others still preferred 6. BRIHANA - Enjoyed an exceptional summer but appears to have lost her way and must reaffirm 7. BEA DE BEAUVAL - Yet to produce the goods over the short course but has a decent relationship with David Thomain and with application can make her presence felt 8. BRIDGET LANDEMER - Moderate mare that tends to show more these days in the claiming division and not an obvious choice 9. BUSINESS CLASS - A different horse since racing unshod all four. Can prove tricky but comes here on a hat-trick and should be good enough to make the first five 10. BOTANIE - Not the most dependable and although having reassured at Nimes recently she still has more to find 11. BAHIA SOMOLLI - Useful trotter that finished well ahead of Bahamas Quick at Laval earlier in the month and must be afforded a respectable outside chance 12. BAHAMAS QUICK - Complicated but talented mare that won the last time she was driven by Nivard and if applied can repeat 13. BELLE DE CERPI - Enjoying a renaissance since starting to race barefoot. Missed out by little at Enghien to a 7yo that has since confirmed and on similar form will be no pushover 14. BELLE KATIE - Good dual-purpose trotter that should be fully fit by now. Is confirmed at the venue and with shoes off this time can make a big impact 15. BAMBA DES LANDES - Not the most courageous of horses but pleased in three of last four and worth a small consideration 16. BELLA DU VIVIER - Very reliable campaigner that has been hard to fault this

Well beaten last time here but has had time to freshen up and should not be overlooked It may be something of a gamble opting for the talented but complicated (12) BAHAMAS QUICK - she won the last time when driven by Franck Nivard and given his confidence she is hard to ignore. (3) BORCINA DE VIETTE however is a sure value under these conditions and looks a serious player. The hardy (14) BELLE KATIE has two runs under her belt this term and with shoes off for the occasion should be able to go close. (13) BELLE DE CERPI regularly gives a good account when applied and is capable of making her presence felt, but Lagaduec will want to be wary of (9) BUSINESS CLASS who comes here on a three-timer. 5 Race 3 1. CORAIL DE BELLANDE - Moderate individual making his Vincennes debut and in this class of race will have his work cut out 2. COUNTRY DES OBEAUX - Comes to Paris on a hat-trick but steps up in class and can expect to find this a stiff test 3. CORNULIER DU TAM - Back in business following a lean patch. Top driver at the helm this time and expected to play a major role 4. CYAN JICEE - Enjoying a new lease of life and although having failed to fire last time here is still worth a small consideration 5. CLIFFHANGER - Complicated type that has done nothing noteworthy since January and can be ruled out 6. CHOPIN DU CLOS - Pleased late summer but has since lost his way and must reaffirm 7. CHAMPION DORE - Not once out of the first two when barefoot. Won a similar event over course and distance last month and should confirm 8. COLONEL CEHERE - Surprisingly below par at Enghien late last month but otherwise in good shape. Won well over course and distance early October and should not be far from the action 9. CHIC DESTIN - Back at the top of his game. Sprang something of a surprise at Laval nine days ago and on similar form could yet get a look in 10. COCAAN DE GUEGUE - Has a good record under these conditions. Associated once again with Monclin and with hind shoes off for the occasion should figure prominently 11. CAMELIA DE BEYLEV - Has enjoyed a rewarding run so far this year and although in better company should still not be entirely ignored 12. CRESUS DU CHENE - Not always the most dependable but reassured at Laval last month and should be able to finish in the money (7) CHAMPION DORE has been very hard to oppose since starting to race barefoot - he is confirmed over course and distance and looks the pick of the field. (10) COCAAN DE GUEGUE also has references under these conditions but looks more a bridesmaid on this occasion. (3) CORNULIER DU TAM has refound form and with Nivard in the hot seat can be assured a competitive drive. (12) CRESUS DU CHENE has a good entry here and the nature of his reassuring performance at Laval augurs well for his chances.

7 Race 4 1. BELLA RAGAZZA - Very hard to fault in this branch of the game. Left a good impression at Enghien last time and the weight allowance should stand her in good stead. Interesting outsider 2. BABY BARBES - Won over course and distance to end last season. Should be fit after two harness runs and will be one to note 3. BOMBE DE CAILLONS - One of the least productive horses in the field and not a realistic proposition 4. BYRH GEDE - Delicate but otherwise very useful. Beat Bloomer over course and distance before imposing over shorter here last week and on good behaviour should play a leading role 5. BRISE DES NOELS - Enjoyed a fruitful winter meeting but well beaten on comeback two weeks ago and expected to need the outing 6. BAZAKI SEVEN - Regularly acquits himself respectably. Will have come on for his return start but a minor place chance at best 7. BE COOL D'EB - On a solid run of form since the summer and returns to the ridden code with a legitimate chance of going close 8. BANCO BOY - Has solid references under these conditions. Will be fully fit by now and with shoes off looks a serious player 9. BELTIS D'OCCAGNES - Went into her break on a low note. Has had three harness starts since but still unlikely to shake things up on her return to the discipline 10. BAMBOLINA - Respectable but has done nothing of note at Vincennes for some time and can be passed over 11. BALISTO DE MAY - Useful but not always the most reliable. First appearance under the saddle with a good jockey on board but best to monitor 12. BLOOMER - Won four on the trot before being sent for a spell. Finished third behind Byrh Gede on comeback over track and trip but should have his measure this time 13. BALINE DE LA FYE - Acquits herself well for the most part in this code but well beaten in last two and must reaffirm 14. BARAKA DE LOU - Finished third on her only start over track and trip. Is presently in fine condition and should be good enough to finish in the money After going into his spell on the back of four straight wins (12) BLOOMER

8 finished a solid third behind the tricky but talented (4) BYRH GEDE over course and distance. Although the latter has since confirmed with a solid victory he has no weight allowance this time but should nonetheless acquit himself competitively. (7) BE COOL D'EB has been in flying form under harness lately and if form transitions should put on a good show on his return to the ridden code. (8) BANCO BOY has nothing to prove under these conditions and after two prep races looks set to get back down to business. (12) BLOOMER - (4) BYRH GEDE - (7) BE COOL D'EB - (8) BANCO BOY

9 Race 5 1. ELECTRA WIND - Modest sort that has shown the limits of her capacity and not a realistic proposition 2. ETOILE DES YEDRAG - Very solid before being sent for a break. Pleased on comeback at Caen three weeks ago behind Elite De Caieu and should again make a big impact 3. ELITE TURGOT - Undeniably talented type but sanctioned in last three and must get her house in order 4. EMMY JOYEUSE - Moderate filly that did not disappoint last time at the venue but will nonetheless need to raise her game 5. ECLIPSE D'AUVRECY - Made excellent progress last month with a brace of solid performances. Up against better here but worth a small consideration nonetheless 6. ELOA D'OCCAGNES - Acquits herself competitively for the most part but sanctioned in both appearances at Vincennes and others easier to back 7. ELARA FRAZEENNE - Winner of three of the five races she has finished. Fell foul of the stewards on Vincennes debut but on good behaviour can play a leading role 8. EASYMEDE - Not once out of the first two to date. Pleased again at Enghien last month and will again be one to note 9. EMILIA CEIJY - Already a winner over track and trip but thrashed last time when stepped up and not a priority 10. ELITE DU CAIEU - Very impressive so far. Makes her debut going lefthanded but should not be inconvenienced and looks a player 11. EXCITING ELLA - Promising filly that was sanctioned in last two but deserves to be afforded a second chance and will have her supporters 12. ESMEE DE CAREL - Respectable type in the other code but will have nothing to offer here 13. EXCITING LADY - Winner at this level last season. Has two races in her so far and should have the measure of most here 14. ETALIA - Consistently gives a good account of herself. Faces a tougher bunch here but should still not be far off the mark 15. ERIKA GRIFF - Has done everything asked of her to date. Won at her first attempt over course and distance and although stepping up in class can still get a look in

10 (13) EXCITING LADY won at this level earlier in the year and after a pair of much-needed return starts should get right back down to business. She is unlikely to have it all her own way though if the competent (7) ELARA FRAZEENNE can keep her action together. When applied (10) ELITE DU CAIEU is not easy to oppose and with three wins from her last four looks competitively well in. (2) ETOILE DES YEDRAG however gave her something to consider at Caen and should again give a good account. (13) EXCITING LADY - (7) ELARA FRAZEENNE - (10) ELITE DU CAIEU - (2) ETOILE DES YEDRAG

11 Race 6 1. DRIVERIGO D'EAM - Still a maiden from 29 and no chance of changing his status this time either 2. DEDE LA SCIENCE - Not the most productive of trotters and on current form will have little to offer 3. DU COURTILLE - Serious sort in this branch of the business. Makes his first ridden start since the break and will justifiably garner significant support 4. DISCO DES TAUREAUX - Consistently acquits himself well when applied. Returned to winning ways at Strasbourg last month but in this company will need to be at his best 5. DANDY GEDE - Already a winner over course and distance. Disqualified in the race of reference but can still get a look in if applied 6. DIKTAT DU START - Has taken particularly well to his new vocation. Ran second over track and trip mid-october ahead of others here and should again finish in the mix 7. DEFENSEUR D'AM - Regular for the most part but unthreatening in last three and will have his work cut out 8. DORIFORO - Useful dual-purpose trotter that has not once disappointed under these conditions and should again acquit himself competitively 9. DELFINO - Has proved a classy individual under harness. Switches code for the first time and expected to get straight off the mark 10. DIEGO DE RETZ - Regularly gives a good account when applied. Put in a solid finish to come fifth in the race of reference but with different tactics can go closer this time 11. DEFI DES PISTES - Not once out of the frame in this code. Has already imposed over the short course and can play a leading role 12. DARUS D'OCCAGNES - Decent type that was sanctioned on his only attempt under the saddle but is currently in fine shape and with hind shoes off for the occasion could pleasantly surprise 13. DEDE AU CHALET - Useful on a good day but below par in the race of reference and will need to find more 14. DOCILE DES CHAMPS - Handy sort with a good entry here. Drops back in class after a respectable effort in a Class B at Enghien but still has more to find Barring his latest effort (9) DELFINO has been nothing short of impressive under

12 harness and takes to the ridden code for the first time with every chance of maintaining his good run. He will however be up against (11) DEFI DES PISTES who has nothing to prove in this branch of the game, and (3) DU COURTILLE who boasts an exceptional record over course and distance. (10) DIEGO DE RETZ caught the eye on comeback under these conditions last month and should be in a position to put on a better show this time. 13 Race 7 1. ESTOURNEL MOURIEZ - Has ability but regularly shows a lack of discipline and not easy to trust 2. EXCELEBRATION - Talented Swedish colt that left a good impression on French debut late September. Comes here fresh and should acquit himself competitively 3. ELITIST GAME - Regular but yet to lose his maiden status and not about to shake things up 4. EPSOM GEDE - Useful on a good day but latest results do nothing to inspire confidence 5. EUNIS DU PATURAL - In the frame in three of his last four but in better company this time and others preferred 6. ESPOIR D'HAUFOR - Won his first two before being sent for a spell. Made a solid comeback at Cordemais late October and should be able to impose here 7. ENDIAN DE BANVILLE - Has done everything asked of him to date. Makes debut on hard surface but still good enough to finish in the money 8. ESPOIR DE BELLOUET - Promising type that got his career off to a flying start. Somewhat below-par at Reims on return to competition but will have come on for the run and should figure prominently 9. ECUREUIL BABOU - Seven races without finishing in the frame and can be confidently ruled out 10. EXZO REGLISSE - Still a maiden from 14. Sprang a surprise at Mauquenchy last time but unlikely to repeat 11. EJAG - In the money in three of the four races he has finished. Beat personal best last time and will have his supporters 12. ENVOL THE BEST - Moderate colt that has struggled to make the grade of late and not an obvious choice 13. EMIR PERRINE - Trotter with considerable potential. Sanctioned when full of running here ten days ago and with application should go close 14. ELVEN WINNER - Delicate but beginning to come good. Finished a solid third at Enghien last time and can again make the frame 15. ELOKAI - Got off the mark courageously at Amiens three weeks ago but in better company here and others preferred After going for a break unbeaten from two (6) ESPOIR D'HAUFOR returned with

14 an encouraging effort at Cordemais late October and should be able to wrap this up. (8) ESPOIR DE BELLOUET has shown considerable talent so far and returning to racing left-handed should be just what is required to challenge the favourite. (14) ELVEN WINNER is another quality youngster and after a fine effort at Enghien looks capable of making a big impact on Vincennes debut. (13) EMIR PERRINE would have finished close had he not broken stride here ten days ago and on good behaviour can pick up a small cheque. (6) ESPOIR D'HAUFOR - (8) ESPOIR DE BELLOUET - (14) ELVEN WINNER - (13) EMIR PERRINE

15 Race 8 1. ELMER - Respectable individual in this branch of the game however at this level simply has too much to find 2. EVAN JIVE - No closer than fourth in a dozen racecourse appearances to date and has no realistic chance 3. EDGEWOOD - Useful colt that has demonstrated decent aptitude for the ridden game and will have his supporters 4. ESTELOU - Delicate but otherwise very productive. Just second start back but has references under these conditions and can return home with a cheque 5. EN AVANT DES ARCS - Won his first two before finishing fourth behind Efaro on first start going left-handed. Should show improvement and can make the frame this time 6. ELINO BILOU - Beginning to make good on his promise with three wins from his last four starts. Scored with ease at Enghien late last month and expected to repeat 7. EVER - Useful type but no closer than fifth in last three and others preferred 8. EFARO - Runner-up in both appearances over track and trip. Beat En Avant Des Arcs easily last time and should again go close 9. EL NONO - Well-regarded colt that placed in a G.II behind Eye Of The Storm last winter. Will be interesting to watch after two prep races under harness 10. EVEIL DU CHATELET - Capped off his first season with two second places over course and distance. Has since prepped under harness and returns to his code of preference with justified ambition The versatile (6) ELINO BILOU has looked a serious trotter in the making - he imposed in good order at Enghien late October and can expect to receive the lion's share of support. Both (8) EFARO and (10) EVEIL DU CHATELET are proven over course and distance but the former looks just to have the edge on this occasion. The lightly-raced (5) EN AVANT DES ARCS looks a progressive type and if behaved this time can improve on his recent fourth place here. SPANISH DU BRETEAU - Disappointing in a handicap hurdle at Auteuil last month. Capable on his day 2. CAPUCINE DU CHENET - Fourth in a Listed handicap hurdle in March but well beaten in her last two runs 3. CALCIUM - Fourth to Vlatan in a handicap hurdle at Auteuil last month. Respected here 4. VIA DOLOROSA - Has not run since June 11th but was a Group Three chase winner at Auteuil in April and not ruled out 5. CANDALINE - Has not run since June when winning a Listed chase at Lyon Parilly. First start at Compiegne today 6. PUNCH NANTAIS - Has not run since November 2016 but is high class and one for the short list today (6) PUNCH NANTAIS is having his first run of 2017 today. A winner of a Group One and Three chase last year he stands out here and can make a winning return over hurdles today. (3) CALCIUM was a decent fourth behind Vlatan in a handicap hurdle at Auteuil last month so must be respected. (4) VIA DOLOROSA and (2) CAPUCINE DU CHENET are next best. (6) PUNCH NANTAIS - (3) CALCIUM - (4) VIA DOLOROSA - (2) CAPUCINE DU CHENET

18 Race 2 1. GRYFFICHOP - Has won three of his last four including a chase at Toulouse last month. Can be in the mix 2. ECLAIR - Battling win on his chase debut at Fontainebleau last month. Not ruled out 3. STOP - Well beaten fourth at Le Pin Au Haras last month. Hard to recommend here 4. COCOLEGUSTACHOCHO - Well beaten behind Echiquier Royal on his chase debut at Auteuil last month 5. JATILUWIH - Third to Noir Des Carnettes on his chase debut at Le Pin Au Haras last month. Tougher test here 6. ELIE DE KERSER - Well beaten second behind Saint Baron on his chase debut at Segre last month. Can run in to a place here 7. CONFUCEEN - Third behind Boy Burg on his chase debut at Lyon Parilly last month. Faces better opposition today 8. GENTIANE DE L'AUBE - A faller in both of her hurdle starts and not recommended on her chase debut Third behind Echiquier Royal on his chase debut at Auteuil in September (1) GRYFFICHOP duly obliged when winning at Toulouse last month. He can improve again and continue on his winning ways today. (2) ECLAIR had a hard fought win on his chase debut at Fontainebleau last month and looks the main danger. CALUNE - Third behind Crapule in a chase at Auteuil last month and not without a chance today 3. DIANE D'OUDAIRIES - Has some decent chase form this year including a win at Lion-D'Angers in March 4. DAIKI - Second in a hurdle race at Lyon Parilly last month. Faces a tougher test today 5. CROCORELLE - Still a maiden after ten career starts and likely to find a few too good today 6. DEA - Second to Detente on her chase debut here last month. Respected today 7. D'ISLAND - Has run well on all her three chase starts at Auteuil and not ruled out today 8. DEFI MAJEUR - Easy winner of a chase at La Roche S/Yon last month but faces better opposition here 9. DISCRETION - Third to Detente in a chase here last month. Likely to find a few too good today 10. DIANE D'ARC - Fourth to Dom Vivo over hurdles at Nantes last month. Interesting on her chase debut A winner over hurdles at Pau in January (6) DEA made a promising chase debut when second here behind Detente last month. She is likely to improve from that and gets a tentative vote today. (10) DIANE D'ARC has shown promise over hurdles and cannot be ruled out here on her chase debut. 20 Race 4 1. GOOD LUCKY - Got off the mark with a comfortable win at Strasbourg last month. Can be in the mix again today 2. EVERY BERE - Second to Elyt Of Gold at Fontainebleau ten days ago and not without a chance today 3. ETRE FRANCAIS - Disappointing at Auteuil last month after a promising debut there in September 4. NILE PARIS - Has some decent form on the flat but pulled up on his hurdle debut at Auteuil in September 5. VALENCE D'AUMONT - Tenth of eleven on his hurdle debut at Auteuil last month. Needs to improve on that 6. PETIT TIGRE - Pulled up behind Mozo Guapo on his debut at Auteuil last month. Hard to recommend 7. XYLAPHONE - Well beaten fifth behind Pesk Ebrel on his hurdle debut at Auteuil last month. Tough test today 8. TIOMAN - Unplaced in all four career starts on the flat and hard to recommend on his hurdle debut 9. EL RIO GRANDE - Still a maiden after seventeen starts and unplaced on his hurdle debut at Fontainebleau ten days ago 10. ENI LIGHT - Well beaten seventh behind Emirat on his debut at Auteuil last month. Likely to improve (1) GOOD LUCKY was a comfortable five length winner from Perseverance at Strasbourg last month. The Macaire trained ran well when third here in May and looks the one they have to beat today. (2) EVERY BERE has shown promise over hurdles and looks the main danger to the selection. 21 Race 5 1. CICALINA - Unbeaten after two starts at Dieppe in April and June and is a leading contender here 2. EX FAN DES SIXTIES - A faller in two of her four races but has plenty ability and is not ruled out 3. MILLE RUBIS - A couple of decent efforts here last month but this is a tougher test today 4. EAU FURTIVE - Impressive fifteen length winner at Les Sables last month and not without a chance today 5. BOUMBA - Two length winner from Eoline on her debut at Maeseille Borely last month. Place prospects 6. PRIMEIRADAMA - Fourth behind Eh Georges at Vichy last time out and needs to improve on that today 7. MEMORIAL SILVER - Unplaced behind Eoline Jolie on her debut at Auteuil last month. Hard to recommend 8. GO MILADY - Still a maiden after thirty starts on the flat and best watched on her hurdle debut 9. ELFY JAMES - Won one from six on the flat but disappointing in her three hurdle starts 10. MANOUKA - Needs to improve from her two hurdle runs to date to feature here today Although she has not run since June 4th (1) CICALINA has won both of her races at Dieppe with relative ease. She can go on to better things and will take all the beating here today. (4) EAU FURTIVE was an impressive winner at Les Sables last time out and looks the main danger to the selection. 22 Race 6 1. CASCAVEL - Has not run since June 2016 when third in a handicap hurdle at Cagnes. Others preferred 2.
