3 Show Buckle Series Thank you for participating in our Show Buckle Series! These shows help us cover the cost of Youth Scholarships. 34 Year-end Silver Buckles awarded to CHAMPION/RESERVE CHAMPION WINNERS for a total of over $3,500! RULES & ELIGIBILITY 1. AQHA Rules apply. 2. Memberships are due each year: Note: DUES & AWARD FEES MUST BE PAID BEFORE ANY SHOW POINTS WILL COUNT FOR YEAR END AWARDS Individual or business membership Youth 18 and under age as of January 1, 2015 Family membership family members as defined by AQHA current rulebook. 3. Owner/exhibitor must be a current SLOCQHA member and primary residents of California to be eligible for awards program 4. All breeds eligible and welcome 5. In order to be eligible for year-end awards in the 3 Show Buckle program, you must also enroll and pay a seperate awards fee (per horse rider combo) 6. Award Nomination Fee: additonal $50 per each horse/rider combo. 7. a 3-Show Buckle Series is the 2016 Awards Program. Champion Silver Buckle will be awarded to each of the catefory winners, plus a Reserve Champion Buckle 8. Each horse/rider combo shown must compete in a minimum of 2 out of 3 shows and receive a minimum of 8 points to qualify for the year-end award 9. No cross over entries between walk/trot/jog and lope/canter will be allowed. 10. Any disputes or need for clarification must be submitted in writing 14 days after the event to the board of directors for review. All decisions made by the board will be final. A tie-breaker is based on number of the first places then second places etc. 11. Yearend deadline for clarification or disputes will be November 20. All decisions from the board of directors will be final as of November Points are tabulated on a 6,5,4,3,2,1 basis based on number of the horses in class.
