13 MPOptimate Products MPOptimate Cassettes LC Duplex, 12-Fiber Data Center Products Our MPOptimate cabling system supports 10Gbps data center applications, as specified in ISO/IEC 24764, EN and TIA/ EIA 942. MPOptimate systems offer one passive channel from equipment to switch with no need to signal repeat or amplify. Plus, you can replace aggregation switches by a patch cord without changing passive network components. MPOptimate cabling systems allow network traffic in your data center to travel from connector tip to connector tip, which makes it easier to upgrade your network switch technology without re-configuring your cabling system. The MPOptimate optical fiber system is engineered to minimize the disturbance in fiber optical connections in passive cabling channels. In other words, MPOptimate components reduce attenuation and mitigate core misalignments, physical contact errors, and help boost transmission rates.
