5 Riverstone Crown Royal is the purebred bull that the breed has been waiting for. He was the top selling bull in the spring Riverstone bull sale and was purchased with our good friends at P Bar S Ranch. This son of TMCK Durham Wheat has created a tremendous amount of interest in our breed. His sire, TMCK Durham Wheat, is a son of the national champion Limousin bull DHVO Deuce 132R. Durham Wheat is now one of the leading sires at Stowers Limousin and we are excited to see how his influence will enhance their program. When he was shown, Durham Wheat was soft in his pastern, extreme in his foot size and very fluid in his movement. He was commended for his unique look and style that he had from the side profile. Most of all, for a purebred bull, he was a freak in that he was very deep in his flank and extreme in his depth of body and capacity. He was a division winner at the 11 Denver National Western Stock Show and was the 12 Canadian National Champion bull. Riverstone Crown Royal s full sister is Riverstone Charmed. She is one of the most successful Limousin show heifers to ever hit the breed and has been campaigned by Madison Ratliff. Stowers Limousin is proud to have purchased half embryo interest in her.
