Holstein New Graduates We all strive for high-genomic young sires, yet the grade card comes in when those same sires get their real daughter performance data and that is what our customers can take to the bank. Select Sires proven sires continue to dominate the top of the proven sire lists, with nine of the Top 10 GTPI and six of the top eight GLPI sires in Canada. 7HO12165 MONTROSS is again the No. 1 GTPI sire in the breed on the Holstein Association USA Official TPI list and the exciting new grad debuts as the No. 2 GTPI sire. The 12 April graduates are sired by six different sires with 7HO11314 MOGUL sons, like YODER, creating a lot of excitement. They bring a great combination of high production and conformation. 7HO11351 SUPERSIRE sons are starting off with amazing production and our early 7HO11477 MCCUTCHEN sons have daddy s awesome type and balance. These sires have great linear traits that will make them easy to use for Select Mating Service (SMS ). You asked for something a little different and we delivered with two new outcross sires, (Numero Uno x 7HO7615 COLBY) and 7HO12126 FLORES (7HO11169 PETRONE x 7HO8175 PRONTO). We all love the 7HO11283 MAYFIELD daughters and now we have a high-ranking son in 7HO12115 DECEIVER at 4.6%DBH and +3.8 Sire Conception Rate (SCR). He is sure to work well in almost every dairy producer s breeding program by getting cows pregnant and delivering a live calf with little-to-no assistance.
