He is a tall, young dressage stallion with correct conformation and a shiny black coat. His character is self-assured and, combined with his excellent manners and uniformly of his gaits, it's no wonder he received a Premium Award at the Hanoverian Hengstmarkt in Verden in Don Dancier s pedigree is a summit meeting of attractive black coated ancestors. In the first generations, close relatives also share his black coat, increasingly the probability that this colour gene will be passed onto his progeny. His sire, Dancier, was the Champion Stallion of the Hanoverian Licensing in 2004 in Verden and in 2005 he won his Stallion Performance Test in Adelheidsdorf. At the beginning of 2006, Dancier was declared the best stallion of his year. During the course of the summer, he took the Vice Champion title at the Hanoverian Riding Horse Championships and then won bronze at the Bundeschampionat in the class for four-year old stallions after having won the qualifier for the Final. In 2008, after winning several ribbons in elementary (L) and medium (M) level tests for young dressage horses, he participated in the Bundeschampionat Final in the class for six-year old dressage horses. Since then he has reached advanced (S) level. Five sons from his first crop were licensed, which is an excellent advertisement for this beautiful stallion. In 2010, Don Dancier was standing at the Kempke Hof under the aegis of the Gestüt Sprehe, and he achieved first placements in riding horse ability classes under his present rider Deon Stokes. He produced the Champion Hanoverian Foal in 2006, 2007 and in 2009, as well as the Champion at the Hanoverian Show He has now also produced several Elite Mares and Elite Mare Candidates, as well as many top competition horses in both Australia and Europe, and his daughters are now continuing his dynasty by producing champion foals themselves. Owners consistently tell us that foals by Fish are born broken in!! Fish is now producing many talented youngsters under saddle in eventing as well as dressage. His oldest progeny since arriving in Australia are now five years old and creating much excitement wherever they go. His beautiful daughter, Remi Frangelica, was awarded Champion 4 year old at DJWTS this year. Together with his amazing rideability and temperament, Fish s sensational movement and jumping prowess is being inherited by his progeny, and being met with much enthusiasm by both dressage and eventing riders alike. This exciting young stallion came 4th at his performance test with an excellent score of 9.5 for freejumping and 8.5 for rideability. He also scored 8.5 for cross country, 8.5 for trot, and 8.5 for canter during his 70 day test. He is an exceptional type with a really impressive jump and a beautiful calm temperament! His sire, Perigueux, is a showjumper making a name for himself under Eva Bitter and has been at the top of the breeding index for the last two years with an accuracy of 80-89%. This is very impressive! He was also the most successful six year old Hanoverian stallion of 2008 under showjumping rider Joachim Winter. Perigueux s father is the Celle stallion Perpignon, who comes from a high class family. Perpignon s dam, St.Pr.St. Whyoming is also the dam of the federal champion Placido and record setting auction price horse, Prestige Pilot. Perigueux s dam is a daughter of showjumping phenomenon, Stakkato, who was a celebrated champion of the Federal jumping horses with a grade of 9.9 and many subsequent Grand Prix wins and placings. The older offspring of Stakkato are now competing with great consistency and are therefore highly sort after. Premonition is now being successfully campaigned by the talented young showjumping rider, Jess Brown. This highly athletic and trainable stallion has a wonderful temperament and would be an ideal choice for a discerning breeder or competition rider wanting to produce a high quality dual-purpose horse for FEI sport horse endeavours. In 2005 he went on to do his 30 day and 70 day Performance Tests at Neustadt / Dosse, where he received 9 s for character, rideability, temperament, motivation and constitution, 8 s for walk and trot, and 8.5 for canter. In 2005 and 2006, he stood at the stud at Gestuet Famos and has produced numerous auction foals and his semen has been sold worldwide. Showdown has also been accepted for the Oldenburg Verband. Showdown represents the ultimate in German Warmblood breeding. His sire, Sandro Hit, is the patriarch of a modern day breeding dynasty, Bundeschampion of 6yo Dressage Horses and World Champion of Young Horses in Europe, producing 11 Bundeschampions to date, including Poetin, Sandro Classic and Show Star. His dam, Goldfee, is by the Gotthard son Goldstern, a prominent sire in the disciplines of both dressage and showjumping, whose progeny have achieved great success at the top echelons of both sports. Since arriving at Oakford Equine Hospital in Mid May 2011, Showdown has commenced his ridden career with Sharon Jarvis, dual World Equestrian Games bronze medallist and 2010 Equestrian Australia domestic rider of the year. In 2012, he travelled to the Eastern States of Australia to compete at Tamworth in September and Melbourne in December, both 2012 London Para-Olympic selection events.
