Help Listen / Read the news story and choose the correct word from the choices. Look at the other words in the sentence to help you with your answers! 231 Landmark Rainforest Deal Agreed 1 After more than ten years of negotiating a deal has been made in British Columbia, 1: USA/Canada/Russia that will create one of the largest protected wildlife areas in the world. The deal has been made between the British Columbia (B.C.) state government, environmentalist organisations, first nation groups and logging businesses. It means that 85% of the 32,000 km 2 Great 2: Bear/Cat/Barrier Rainforest on the western coast of Canada will be protected from any further damage. 2 The agreement bans logging in 85% of the rainforest and ends hunting of the grizzly bear within all First Nation territories.
